All participants will get e-certificate & winners will be honored with e-SFF citation of excellence plus get entry into Annual Miniboxoffice shorts ranking.

3. Entry FEE: No submission will be considered until the non-refundable entry fee has been paid.

Entry Fee:

Short Film, Documentary, Animation & Music Videos:
Professional: US $ 40/INR 1800 | Students: US $ 35/INR 1500

Late Entry Fee: US $10/INR 500 in addition to regular entry fee.

4. Film must be subtitled in English if language is other than English.

5. Year of production & accepted movie duration:

Year of production: Jan-2012 onwards
Movie Duration: up-to 30 min

6. The decision of the Short Films Forum-14 Jury & management will be final and can’t be challenged.

7. Short Films Forum-14 stages/process:

• Entry submission as per rules & regulations.
• All submitted films will be screen online on www.miniboxoffice.com from 15 March 2014 to 31 March 2014
• Top performed movies list will be announced on 2 April 2014
• Result: 4 April 2014

8. Short Films Forum-14 does not take any type of financial commitment for the expense incurred on the correspondence by the participant.

9. Once the film submitted can’t be withdrawn in any circumstances, however festival director reserve the rights to disqualify any film on certain grounds.

10. By submitting movie to Short Films Forum-14, filmmaker/producer takes the whole responsibility of copyright issues of music, script and other creative and technical aspects of film.
