A celebration of erotic art

The Reel Erotic Art Film Festival, an IMDb event, aims to celebrate the erotic arts by showcasing short and feature films that are sexual in nature stemming from around the world.

We are looking to showcase films that contain graphic descriptions of sexual activity and nudity but also has a set genre, a meaningful storyline and artistic value.

We are also accepting submissions for our erotic screenplay competition.

Best Super Short Film - $150
Best Screenplay - $150
Smartphone Films - $100

RULES:

-All films MUST have a genre, storyline and/or artistic merit

-All films must be related to the festival's theme: sexuality, eroticism, sex workers, fetish, lifestyle, pornography, sex activism, lgbt sexual issues, etc.

-All films must have signed model releases certifying that the actors in sexual and nude scenes on the film are aged 18 and over. We require these documents to be emailed to us upon acceptance of film.

-All films must be in English or have English sub-titles.

-We accept films in several categories:
-Feature Films - 30 minutes and over
-Short Films - 10 to 30 minutes
-Super Short Films - 1 to 10 minutes
-Smartphone Films - any length, filmed on mobile devices (iPhone, Android, GoPro, iPad, Tablet) only

-We also accept erotic screenplays.

**PLEASE NOTE: submission fees are non-refundable**

-No limit on submissions or production date.

-All submissions must have Vimeo or Festhome screeners.

-Filmmakers retain the rights to their films.

-We do not require a world premiere but pleaselet us know if that is the case with your film.

-Filmmakers are responsible for acquiring copyrights, licenses and releases for media used in their films.

-Filmmakers agree that we can show their film upon selection to the Reel Erotic Art Film Festival.
