Cultural association “QUATTROTERZI” presents:
VIII SHORTini Film Festival 2014
The festival will take place in Augusta (SR) from 1 August 2014 to 3 August 2014.
SHORTini Film Festival is an International short film competition that provides 4
sections:
International competition
National competition
“Mediterraneo” competition
“Neorealism” competition
Prizes will be unquestionably awarded by a jury that will be appointed by the cultural
association “QUATTROTERZI”
the prizes are so divided:

RULES
Each author can take part at the festival with maximum two films for
each competition
Both for NATIONAL COMPETITION and for INTERNATIONAL
COMPETITION:
are accepted every kind and format of short film.
Each author can take part at the festival with film made after the 1° january 2011.
The film can’t be no longer than 35 minutes with headlines and credits.
Italians short film can compete for National competition or International competition.
VIDEOCLIP COMPETITION:
are accepted only musical videoclip of every kind, format and nationality.
Each author can take part at the festival with film made after the 1° january 2011.
The film can’t be no longer than 10 minutes with headlines and credits.
NEOREALISM COMPETITION:
are accepted every kind, format and nationality of short film about contemporary
neorealism with most attenction to workers and disadvantaged classes.
Each author can take part at the festival with film made after the 1° january 2011.
The film can’t be no longer than 35 minutes with headlines and credits.
CLASSICAL REGISTRATION:
To take part to SHORTini Film Festival 2014 is required to pay a 12,00 € registration fee for each film. Deadline is 15° May 2014, ensures the postmark date.
The announcement and the inscription schedule are available on internet after paying the inscription fee at:

The inscription and selection to VIII SHORTini Film Festival 2014 takes place with
postal service to address:

the package must contain, penalty of exclusion:
- Signed Data;
- N° 1 copy of the film on dvd and 1 copy of the film in digital version like (vob,
mp4 etc..) on dvd;
- Signed releasing;
- A copy of the payment of the inscription fee on paypal;
- A CD containing scene photos, author’s photo, author’s biofilmography,
synopsis and english dialogue (only for “international” and “neorealism”
competition if not in Italian).
Releasing and registration form must be completed in every single parts, penalty of
exclusion.
ONLINE REGISTRATION:
- To take part to SHORTini Film Festival 2014 is required to pay a 12,00 registration fee for each film. Deadline is 15° May 2014.
- You may submit and pay the registration fee through www.festhome.com
NOTE GENERALI
Cultural association QUATTROTERZI assumes no responsibility for any postal delays, damages, theft or loss of postal packages.
The works received will not be returned and they will become part of the Festival’s
archive.
