The MArteLive national competition is a festival-competition whose selections are held throughout the national territory. The aim is to discover and favor young emerging artists and promote their work on the national contemporary art scene.

Since 2012 the MArteLive event has become the BIrElTELive BIENNALE

The MArteLive Biennial is organized by the Procult Cultural Association (in
followed called the organization).

The MArteLive competition offers an important showcase for young artists who will be given the opportunity to get in touch with professionals in the sector; they will be able to exhibit their works and works and perform their performances in locations selected by the MArteLive Italia staff that will guarantee the presence of qualified juries.

The finalists from all the artistic disciplines that make up the competition and from a large part of the national territory and not, will have the opportunity to be part of the BiennaleMarteLive 2019 which will be held in Rome in a location
exclusive, chosen for the occasion, becoming part of one of the most interesting events on the European scene dedicated to the promotion of emerging art.

MArteLive is the competition that awards the most awards in Italy. During BiennaleMArteLive 2017 over 150 PRIZES were awarded.

CINEMA
Different Magazine Award: Review on the short film magazine of the Biennale MArteLive winner 2019.
Special Award Oubliette Magazine: For the 2019 edition of the Biennale MAlteLive the magazine will award the Best Short Film with the inclusion in Top Vision for a period of one month.
Special ScuderieMArteLive Award: The Scuderie MArteLive staff will select the best artists from the section finalists, who will be able to enter the ScuderieMArteLive for two years.
Special Prize ScuderieMArteLive: The winner of the cinema section enters by right for two years in the ScuderieMArteLive, the agency of the best artists discovered through the festival who are constantly involved in the various initiatives and events organized by Procult and its partners.
VIDEO CLIPS
Oubliette Magazine Special Award: For the 2019 edition of the MArteLive Biennale, the magazine will award the winning Videoclip with the inclusion in Top Vision for a period of one month.
MArteLabel Award Videoclip section: the winner of the Videoclip section will be awarded a € 1000 contract (€ 500 in cash and € 500 in promotion with the PromoVideo service www.martepress.eu/servizi-music/promovideo) for the creation of a video clip for one of the roster artists MArteLabel.www.martelabel.com/artists
Insertion in the ScuderieMArteLabel: the best videomakers, chosen by ScuderieMArteLabel staff, will have the opportunity to enter the list of reference suppliers for future collaborations regarding the creation of videoclips (www.martelabel.com/servizi/promo-spot-videoclip- emerging bands) for bands inside the label or for bands that request them through the service dedicated to the Videoclip section of the Factory MArteLabel. www.martelabel.com/factory
Special ScuderieMArteLive Award: The Scuderie MArteLive staff will select the best artists from the section finalists, who will be able to enter the ScuderieMArteLive for two years. www.scuderiemartelive.it
Special Training Live Award: The MArteLive staff will choose among the finalists in the section, the artists who can make free use of one of their choice, between the courses of Press Office and communication 2.0 for cultural products, Course of Social media marketing and Course for BookingAgent music , provided by FormazioneLive (www.formazionelive.eu) worth € 600.
VIDEO ART
ScuderieMArteLive Award:
the section winner will be included in a co-production and training project that will include:
-involvement in at least 3 festivals organized by Procult, such as Corviale Urban Lab, 99 Arts, Buskers in Town,
- free use of a course chosen between "Press Office and Communication 2.0 for cultural products" and the "Social Media Marketing Course" organized by FormazioneLive (www.formazionelive.eu) worth € 600;
-the promotion and dissemination curated by MArtePress (www.martepress.eu), of a maximum of 3 new works identified by the winner, during the following season at the MArteLive Biennale of awards;
- ScuderieMArteLive Special Prize: The Scuderie MArteLive staff, will choose among the finalists of the section, the best artists who will have the possibility to enter for two years in the ScuderieMArteLive. www.scuderiemartelive.it

CINEMA
How to participate:
1. The competition is open to professional artists, emerging, self-taught and to students of any nationality (residents and non-residents in Italy), aged between 18 and 39 (in the case of groups, companies or art collectives they will be taken in consideration of the arithmetic mean).
2. Each member must pay the registration fee, which will be free until March 31st 2018. All artists, who will pay the registration fee, will be sent by mail the MArteCard, which from 2018 is affiliated with the Lyoness international cashback group which will give the possibility to receive discounts and benefits in the world of art and culture.

Required documentation:
1. For the purposes of preselection, the directors as single artist or collective (hereinafter referred to as artists) must send to the e-mail address cinemamartelive@gmail.com:
- own high quality short film via Youtube / Vimeo link (NO wetransfer);
- Title and description of the project in .doc format (max one folder) with a short biographical note of the author; in the case of collectives, indicate the name and surname of each member.
- Link to your website or facebook page.
- The trailer for the short film.
2. All admitted works must be strictly original, under penalty of exclusion from the competition. Each participant guarantees the actual authorship of the work.
3. The authors and / or the productions of the selected short films undertake to send the related works by the following indications (to be reported both on custody and on disc):
- TITLE
- AUTHOR
- PRODUCTION
The deadline for registration is set for 24 hours (Italian) on 30 October 2019. Deadline means online registration and payment
of the quota, while the material can be sent no later than one
week from the expiration date.

4. All admitted works must be strictly original, under penalty of exclusion from the competition. Each participant guarantees the actual authorship of the work.
5. The author also guarantees that the work presented does not impose any kind of rights on behalf of third parties. The competitors therefore assume all responsibility with respect to the project in relation to any violations of the copyrights belonging to third parties, undertaking to hold the Organizing Party free from the Organization.
6. All works submitted in the three months following participation in MArteLive will be visible online on the MArteLive channels in their full format.
7. The trailers and / or teaser of the short must be REQUIRED at the same time as sending the short film, can be used freely on the MArteLive channels and will remain in the MArteLive archives for the next 3 years.
