We are a Group of Indie Directors who got the idea to give the opportunity to filmmakers around the world to screen their work for free while interacting with other great artists and indie filmmakers. There are no fees involved, a small donation to keep running.

At “Monthly Indie Shorts” platform, we promote the best Short, Documentary, Music video from all over the world.
The mission of our platform is to introduce audience with the filmmakers from over the world and to open the new names, new filmmakers.
All filmmaker can submit their films and screenplay online through FilmFreeway; all genre films will be accepted.
Winners will be announced on our website and social media pages every month.
The films of the Official selection and the winners will be selected each month, so the filmmakers will know the result of the competition very quickly.

- Best Actor of the month (Certificate + winning Laurel)
- Best Actress of the month (Certificate + winning Laurel)
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Films can be from all languages but must have English subtitles at the time submitted.
- Runtime between 2 to 30 minutes.
-Submitted films must have youtube or vimeo link with or without unlisted status or password.
-By Submitting you allow “Monthly Indie Shorts” to use press materials from the film for promotional purposes without uploading the film/trailer.
-All films selected for the Festival grant the Festival the rights to use press materials from the films for promotional purposes.
-Filmmakers must have all rights associated with their films and allow “Monthly Indie Shorts” to use clips for publicity purposes, including uploading a clip/trailer/Poster/Image online.
-The burden of obtaining copyright and all proprietary interests for the submitted material rests solely on the applicant.
-You may submit more than one film, but each one must be on a download link and must be accompanied by its own completed submission form.
"Monthly Indie Shorts" will not publish the full-length film without the permission of the submitter. If the filmmaker decides not to show film online we will screen the short privately and all private films are equally qualified for all the awards.
-No multiple entries of the same film.
- We do not require premiere status.
- No political/religious propaganda.
- No pornography.
- Film must be submitted in the correct category or else it will be directly disqualified.
COPYRIGHTS
By submitting your film to our festival you agree that your piece of work (full film, trailer) can be uploaded/embed on our website. The filmmaker/institution that is submitting the film must own the rights to do so and is responsible for the content they are providing. By submitting, the filmmaker allows “Monthly Indie Shorts” to create a page for their film without infringing the copyright of any kind of form. Filmmakers can make a request to remove the film link at any time.
DISCLAIMER
The applicant agrees to have read and accepted the rules & regulations for participation in the “Monthly Indie Shorts” The applicant confirms that he/she has the requisite authority or has obtained the requisite authority from the producer/right holder to enter this film in the “Monthly Indie Shorts” and make available the print for screening. Under NO circumstance, the authorities of “Monthly Indie Shorts” will not entertain or be answerable to anyone else apart from the applicant.
NOTIFICATIONS
After a film has been selected for the film competition, the filmmaker is notified via email only. The selected films will be published on the festival website. All films which are selected/nominated for the competition will be informed only by emails & listed on the festival website. No inquiries or arguments will be entertained regarding non-selected films. The decision of the selection committee will be final.
Festhome holds accountable fees festivals by holding the payment of the fees of most newer festivals until they have viewed the submissions, held their festivals and other methods.
