"Buzduganul de Aur" - Romanian Short-Film Competition Rules:

Language and Production: To be eligible for the "Buzduganul de Aur" competition, films must either be produced in Romania or be predominantly in the Romanian language. This criterion aims to promote the rich cinematic heritage and storytelling from the local Romanian film industry.

Timeframe: Submissions must have been produced within the two years leading up to the current edition of the festival. For this year's edition, the film must have been completed starting with 2021.
