A-TAR Muestra Internacional de Escuelas de Cine y Medios Audiovisuales ()

A-TAR: International Festival of Film Schools is now accepting submissions from all colleges, universities and film institutes. It will screen shorts and feature films produced by film students and faculty.

A-TAR will take place from September 23 rd to September 27 th, 2019 in the city of Mexicali, Mexico.

All films from the A-TAR 2019 Official Selection will receive a certificate of participation.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

-The call for submissions is open to all features and short films produced by film students or faculty completed on or after January 1, 2017.

-Films produced in languages other than Spanish must have Spanish subtitles.

-The Official Selection will be determined by a committee of Professionals in the fields of Arts and Communications.

-The committee’s decision cannot be appealed.

-All films from the A-TAR Official Selection will receive a certificate of participation.

-The person who holds the film’s screening rights must make the submission.

-The deadline for submissions is June 23, 2019.

-The selected material will be part of the A-TAR archive and will be used for cultural purposes only.
