1.The duration of your film must be 15 minutes or less, including credits.

2. English subtitles are compulsory for all films (including those already in English), with the exception of silent films.

3. You can choose only one category under which you can submit your movie.

4. Please mail us the following:
a. One printout of the confirmation email with your signature.
b. One copy of your college / institutional ID card (required only for competitive student films).
c. Two CDs / DVDs of your film in ' .avi / .mp4 / .wmv ' format.

5. Your application will NOT be processed until we receive all aforementioned items.

6. Explicit content / Profanity is not allowed.

I, authorize Aahān to use my enclosed film, as an entry in the festival. I affirm that I am
authorized to exhibit work, and the information submitted above is true to the best of my
knowledge.

I further declare that the enclosed film is entirely original and not a remake/ dubbed version of
any other film.

I give Aahān the permission to keep a copy of my film in its library, and the right to showcase
it in public screening or broadcasts which Aahān may deem appropriate. I will not hold Aahān
responsible for any legal action that might occur due to the enclosed film.

I understand that the preview committee of Aahān reserves the right to reject any submitted film
without assigning any reason and that the decisions taken by the jury are final. I accept that
Aahān has the right to withhold an award in any category, or to create any special award for a
piece of work that they feel deserves special recognition.

I hereby accept the terms and conditions mentioned above by Aahān.
