A creative response to the COVID-19 emergency.
Given the block for outdoor activities, the Ass. Cultural Officine T.O.K. in concert with the Apuania Film Commission and with the patronage of the Municipality of Fivizzano, it announces the first competition for Short Films in the form of Drive In with the aim of creating a festival despite the social distancing. Thus was born the idea of carrying forward the message entrusted to culture and the art of conveying emotions, and of existing beyond existing limits.
For the first year the topic is free, as we want to give everyone the opportunity to participate by bringing their point of view.

DRIVE IN CORTO - MONZONE Short Film Festival (MS)

REGULATION AND NOTICE OF COMPETITION


Art. 1


The Cultural Association OFFICINE T.O.K. in collaboration with Apuania Film Commission, with the patronage of the Municipality of Fivizzano they organize the first edition of the Festival of Short Films in the DRIVE IN version, included in the full-bodied program of cinema under the stars in the months of July and August for the squares of the municipality Fivizzano. The competition has a free theme and is aimed at short films. The screenings will take place on August 1, 2020 at the SASI square in Monzone, via Riolo (MS).


Art. 2


Short films of any genre are admitted to the selection (fiction, documentaries, animation, etc.) as long as they last no longer than 20 minutes.


Art. 3


The author responds to the content of his works.


Art. 4


In selecting the winning short film, a special jury, made up of industry experts, will take into account the originality of the work as well as the commitment made for its realization. The winners will be awarded plaques and scrolls, the best film will also have a cash prize. The prizes will be for:

Art. 5


You participate in the selection in the following ways̀:
by submitting a video link of the short (with password where requested), as well as the registration form duly completed and signed by email, at the address: info@officinetok.it.


Art. 6


The registration form includes the release for the use of the short film within the DRIVE IN CORTO festival and in all events subsequent to the festival attributable to the DRIVE IN CORTO event and it must be completed in its entirety and signed: in the absence of the submitted work, it cannot be admitted to the selection.


Art. 7


The authors of the selected works will be contacted promptly and will have to send a photo of themselves and one of the short film, as well as a short bio-filmography for the poster of the event: it is therefore not necessary, in the first phase, to send anything apart from the link and the form registration.


Art. 8


Participation in the festival requires a registration fee of € 10 when sending the video link to PostPay headed to Elisabetta Dini, vice president of the Ass. Cultural Officine T.O.K. - card number: 4023600959819915 - cod. tax .: DNILBT90P46E463I


Art. 9


The deadline for submitting works is June 15th.


Art. 10


Sending the registration form implies full acceptance of this regulation. For anything not covered by the regulation, the organization reserves the final decision.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The data collected by completing the participation form will be processed by the Officine T.O.K. for institutional activities and will be used by the Festival secretariat for information purposes by sending communications also by e-mail. In this regard, the Officine T.O.K. cultural association would like to inform that every data subject has the right to exercise the rights provided by the privacy code, with particular reference to the possibility of knowing the nature and type of data held by the association, being able to request their integration or correction, as well as being able to exercise, at any time, the right to object to the processing and receipt of communications by e-mail, with the consequent request for data cancellation.
