DIVERSANIMA FESTIVAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Festival of Animated Film in Sexual Diversity DiversAnima will be held from August 18 to 25, 2015 at the National Film Center of Chile. Animators from Chile and all over the world, over 18 years old, are eligible to participate in the contest, in both national and international categories.

A jury of national and international personalities of Arts, Culture and Human Rights will deliberate on the works in competition. The decisions of the jury are final. Top 3 places in both categories, national and international, will be awarded. The awards ceremony will be held at the Closing

APPLICATION AND SELECTION
Opening: March 1, 2015.
Closing: June 1, 2015.


● Registration of the works is possible only through the international platform Festhome https://festhome.com/f/1136. Exceptionally, filmmakers could apply for participation in the Festival through the following email: info@diversanima.cl

● Applicants are responsible for all shipping costs of the works with exception of national filmmakers whose application is free.

● Registration and selection of a work allows the Festival to use extracts of the images for promotional purposes through the website and/or through the media. The selected works will be part of the touring exhibition in regions.

● Exhibition copies must be sent in MP4 or
MOV container format HD video with high qual-ity and low compression codec H.264 up before July 28 via Festhome or by other means to be agreed upon.

● On July 10 the list of selected films will be officially published on www.diversanima.cl

FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

● Once submitted, short films cannot be withdrawn by applicants.

●Festival organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule and event date.

● Winning works must include in their credits and promotional materials the award obtained in this contest.

● The works that use pre-existing images and/or sounds will be accepted under the res-responsibility of the participant, considering the inclusion of original rights of third parties. Participants must take care of possible claims of any nature that could occur with respect to the use of copyright, production, etc.

● Any situation not specified in these Terms & Conditions will be resolved by Festival or-ganizers.

● Submission of the work implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
