Article 1 - PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST
The Festival aims to encourage and support, in all its expressions, Argentine and Latin American audiovisual works in their production and exhibition.
Article 2 - PARTICIPANTS
Any director / producer resident may participate in any Latin American country over 18 years. Participants will be responsible for ensuring that no third party rights of the works presented, as well as claims for royalties. Participants should compulsorily submit, together with the short film, the duly completed registration form. The data entered on the form must be identical to the titles of the film submitted (title, director's name, etc..). The information must be true, accurate and current.
Article 3 - CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK
A-unpublished short films will be selected and performed in, documentary, experimental and animated fictional form. The works submitted must have been made with subsequent to January 1, 2011.
B-LENGTH: The maximum duration is twenty-six minutes (26 minutes), including titles and
other claims.
C-FORMAT: The films will be shot in any format, but the copy must be submitted to compete in some of the following formats:.. 1080p/720p MP4 H264 or proress Mov, Mov H264 with PCM sound. O format and Blu-ray disc.
D-LANGUAGE: If you give a work in languages other than the Spanish, this should have subtitles in Spanish language.
E-LEGAL RIGHTS: It is essential to involve the Festival condition that intellectual property rights and public display of the work presented are the property of the participant that this Contest. Entrant represents and warrants that it has all rights and authority to enter the contest and there is no legal, contractual or other nature that may restrict and / or interfere with and / or prevent the full and free exercise by limiting organizers of rights which may arise directly and / or indirectly from the provisions of this regulation, particularly in relation to the power to publicly display the work presented. Also, the entrant warrants and represents that all the music included in the Short has the permission of the authors of the underlying musical works. Article 4 - RECEPTION OF WORKS
The reception of the works closed on Monday September 1, 2014. Copies of the works submitted to the Festival will not be returned and may not be claimed in the future, since the end of the Festival will be destroyed.
Article 5 - JURY
The selection panel, consisting of three professional film and media arts appointed by the organizers will choose the winning works in delivering a 1st Prize Award 2 °, 3 ° Prize and Audience Award. The jury may award Honorable Mentions. They may not be part of the jury those who have interests in the production and / or exploitation of the films in Competition. The decisions of the organizers and the jury are final.
Article 6 - AWARDS

Article 7 - PROMOTION OF COMPETITION
By the act of participating in this Contest, entrants agree that their work is disseminated under no trade promotion Film Festival in schools or other festivals.
Any other dissemination of the work will be done only with the prior approval of the principal.
Article 8 - WINNERS
The four winning short films announced on September 27, 2014, the end of the festival, a special event for that purpose.

A copy of the winning works remain the property of the library created by the Festival
