Films of any genre, length and format with human rights themes.

Amateur, professional and/or independent film-makers, with no limitation of age or nationality.
Submission requirements.
- Submitted films must be produced in Spanish or presented with Spanish subtitles.
- Films produced in all kinds of shooting formats can be submitted.
- Submitted films must have been completed after December, 31st, 2009, except those submitted to the Memory section, which may have been produced in any date.
- Entrants are solely responsible for any claim related to their films' legal rights of exhibition. The festival will not be accountable for any bridge of such rights of exhibition on the entrants' part.
- Any film-maker, whether an individual person or a filming colective, can present more that one film.
