Reflecto Online Film Festival is a platform dedicated to the online difussion of film productions from all the world.

We are an international online festival with an open call all year, where month after month we recognize the best short films.

Short films of any nationality may participate, regardless of their production date. There is no limit to the number of registrations per producer or director.

Films of Fiction and Documentary will be received with a maximum duration of 30 minutes including credits (No video clips, commercials or for propagandistic purposes are received).

The short films must be published on YouTube or Vimeo as PUBLIC, with a minimum HD resolution (1280 x 720 px). In order to promote the channels of the producers and / or directors.

The short films will compete to be winners the month following their registration. During the first three weeks of the month, the three monthly winners will be published and the honorable mentions will be shared during the fourth week. The films will be selected by a specialized jury and their decision is unappealable.

Short films whose original language is not English or Spanish, must be subtitled in any of the two languages. In case of being notified as selected, they must necessarily have subtitles in both languages.

Enrollments will be online and only through festhome.com

By registering their short film, the filmmakers approve that their work will be public on www.roffest.mx and the festival will not pay for exhibition rights under any circumstances.

Any situation not foreseen in this call will be reviewed by the festival committee.
