International short film entry fees Rs.2000 /.....(non-refundable)

2) The theme of the short film festival is open. Similarly, Hindi and Marathi films do not require subtitles.

3) Short film time will be required from 3 to 5 minutes.

2) The examiner will be in the cinema area and the decision of the examiner will be final.

4) Once registered documentary and entry fee can not be withdrawn for any reason.
