3° DALE REC Film Festival: It is a space for meeting, circulation, training, management and production of audiovisual content for children and adolescents. This year it takes place from August 2 to 4 at the facilities of the Universidad Nacional del Chaco Austral, in the province of Roque Sáenz Peña, province of Chaco, Argentina.

Organized by UNCAUS Culture, Secretary of Cooperation and Public Services, National University of Chaco Austral, UNCAUS, in conjunction with the National School of Cinematographic Production and Experimentation, ENERC headquarters NEA, Ministry of Culture of the Nation, the National Institute of Cinema and Arts Audiovisuales, INCAA, the Institute of Culture of the Province of Chaco.

REQUIREMENTS
All audiovisual works made from January 2021 to July 2023 may participate in the official competition.

Presented in due time and form, on the theme: "CHILDHOOD / ADOLESCENCE". Audiovisual productions such as fiction or documentary short films, animation or experimental video are accepted.

The duration of the film for the competition must be:
Short film: up to 20 (twenty) minutes maximum-including titles, in MP4 or Mpg2 format, full hd-1080p quality. MOV or MP4 in both cases H.264 codec.

SPANISH LANGUAGE OR SUBTITLED IN SPANISH.

By registering for the festival, the author of the work grants free exhibition rights during the non-commercial event.

Send/attach:
• One (1) poster of the film in jpg at 300 dpi.
• One (1) full hd trailer or teaser.
• Two (2) frames of the film.
*The cost of sending audiovisual materials in any format to the 3rd Film Festival "Dale REC" 2023 is the responsibility of the participant.

DELIVERY OF MATERIAL:
You can register your short film for free until Friday, JULY 14, 2023.
