The Tadeus Film & Music International Festival is a global celebration of creativity, music, and cinema—a place where innovation and passion come together. This festival is for everyone! From emerging filmmakers to established musicians, artists from around the world are invited to share their stories and visions, regardless of genre or format.

We are proud to be an inclusive space, where every piece of art—no matter its origin—is celebrated. The festival aims to explore the many dimensions of art and film, creating a platform for innovative and free expression, with a special focus on works that convey powerful messages, whether in support of social justice, the well-being of living beings, or any cause that inspires you.

In addition, we feature a unique category dedicated to content created with artificial intelligence, making our festival a cutting-edge platform for exploring new technological frontiers in the arts.

Rules and Conditions

1. General Information
Tadeus Film & Music International Festival is an online international festival that celebrates cinema, music, and social awareness, with a special focus on animal rights.

Submissions must be made exclusively through Festhome.

For better evaluation, it is recommended that films and music videos include Spanish subtitles if the original language is different.
English subtitles are also accepted.

2. Accepted Categories
Fiction short films, animated short films, music videos, and musical films are accepted.
There is also a specific category for AI-generated content, subject to specific conditions.

3. Participation Requirements
Duration:

Short films: maximum 30 minutes (including credits)

Music videos: maximum 8 minutes

Year of production:
Films released from January 2021 onward are eligible.

Rights:
The participant must hold the rights to the submitted work.

Accepted Content:
Films promoting violence, racial hatred, homophobia, xenophobia, pornography, or explicit violence against animals will not be accepted.

4. Submission Format
Accepted formats: .MP4 or .MOV with a minimum resolution of 1920x1080 (Full HD).

The film must include Spanish subtitles when possible, or English subtitles otherwise.

5. Selection Process and Awards
An international jury will evaluate the films based on creativity, technical quality, and message.

The official selection will be announced on the festival’s social media.

Winners will receive digital certificates and official recognitions.

6. Submission Fees
All submission fees are non-refundable.

7. Rights and Permissions
By submitting, the participant authorizes the online screening of their work as part of the festival.

The festival may use clips or fragments of the work for promotional purposes.

8. Acceptance of the Rules
Participation implies full acceptance of these rules.

The festival reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not meet the requirements.

9. Promotional Trailers and Images
To submit trailers and promotional images to the Tadeus Film & Music International Festival, the following requirements must be met:

Trailer:

Duration: Maximum of 3 minutes

Format: MP4 or MOV, minimum resolution 1080p

Content: Should highlight key aspects of the work without revealing too much

Promotional Images:

Quantity: Up to 5 images per project

Format: JPEG or PNG, minimum resolution 300 dpi

Content: Representative images of the work, such as key frames, behind-the-scenes shots, or official posters

Additional Considerations:

Copyright: Participants must ensure they hold all necessary rights for music, images, and any other content used in promotional materials

Subtitles: If the original language is not Spanish, it is recommended to include Spanish or English subtitles for better comprehension

Technical Quality: High-quality audio and video production will be valued to ensure an excellent audiovisual experience

Copyright: Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold all necessary rights for the music and images used in the video.

Submission Format: Videos must be submitted in digital format, preferably MP4 or MOV, with a minimum resolution of 1080p.

Production Date: Only videos produced within the last two years will be accepted to ensure the relevance and timeliness of the performances.
