The Dubbing Glamour Festival is an audiovisual project presenting a rich program of thematic screenings, a contest, meetings, talk shows, masterclasses, round tables and awards, as well as a day dedicated to film criticism. The entire program revolves around the professional channels connected to the voices of actors and authors, enhancing cinema, dubbing, audiobooks, and the audiovisual industry.
Between October 14 and November 23, the festival unfolds through a series of events culminating at the prestigious Palazzo Ducale, the cultural heart of Liguria, transformed into an open stage where contestants showcase their talent with monologues, self-tapes, and live Dubbing Battles before the audience.
Important partnerships with Universal Pictures International Italy, Dubbing Brothers, MPLC (Motion Picture Licensing Company), FEPACI (Fédération Panafricaine des Cinéastes), Cine-Sud Patrimoine, LibriVivi, and others will provide an immersive experience.
Each year, the festival honors outstanding professionals with special awards. The prizes for the Talent section dedicated to young participants—(work contracts and cash awards)—are further enriched this year by the newly established Critics’ Prize, dedicated to Massimiliano Fasoli.

The Dubbing Glamour Festival embraces a systemic initiative that, starting from the Call which brings to Liguria actors and author-performers ready to compete for the contracts offered by the Productions, fully invests in cinema, television, dubbing, and the audiovisual industry in general, with a program that also includes film screenings. In the 2025 edition, the relationship with Pan-African cinema will be further strengthened. The Dialogue Writers Section, thanks to an agreement with the DLCM (Department of Modern Languages and Cultures), is open to language students and enthusiasts who will be guided in drafting some of the dubbing scripts for the Dubbing Battles scheduled in the Finals.
The Preselection of films is the result of multi-level curatorial evaluations, based on criteria of artistic excellence, cultural relevance, and thematic consistency.
The preselection for the Awards for Excellence is a process of assessment aimed at identifying professionals and entities who have distinguished themselves for quality, innovation, and significant contributions to the audiovisual and dubbing sector, through targeted criteria and an initial comparative analysis, prior to the final selection.
The selection of contestants represents an initial filtering stage, based on objective criteria and defined artistic parameters, aimed at choosing candidates who meet the required standards and show the greatest potential to advance to the following phases of the talent competition. The auditions are divided into three phases: general, semi-finals, and finals.
