I accept the following CINECITA participation conditions :

Conditions

DVDS will be sent in optimum conditions to project.
Films that are not in Spanish shall have subtitles or should arrive with the narrating/dialogue translations.
Selected films shall be exposed in Cinecitas festival catalogues, press, media, internet, and Cinecita festivals publicity without any payment to the producers, as long as it has to do strictly with the CINECITA festival.

The films' DVD and material shall stay in our festivals hands as to keep an record on the years festival participants, and we shall have the right to give the directors' and producers' contact information to others if we feel it is interesting and suitable for the film/video etc...

You authorize us to show your film in CinecitaNational Tours (Corre-Caminos) in little villages, schools and public places to share the lms, after the festival takes place as long as the entrance is FREE. We can also show your film in International projections when invited as a CINECITA Festival abroad, as long as the entrance to the films is FREE to all audiences.

Cinecita is a socially responsible festival that does not have funds to pay for screening fees.

NO film, without exception, shall receive payment for participating in CINECITA COLOMBIA.
Cinecita awards shall be given to the producer/director or formal person representing the lm on the closure event or Cinecita shall send the trophee by mail to the diretcion on the entry form. Cinecita is not responsible for lost material before arriving to the festivals' hands.

Material to submit:
1. A very good DVD copy, or a video screener according to Festhome's requierements.
2. The ENTRY FORM

IF selected you should send the following Material:
3 PICTURES of your film.
Picture and biography of the director .
1 or 2 posters and Press material (if it exists).
Original dialogues, translated if it is not subtitled.
