Cotton city international film festival is a fantastic opportunity for hidden talents across everywhere in India as well around the globe to participate and live their dream of winning Whether the contestant is a part of the film industry,, jagar tv Group will promote this mega event .The event will also be promoted through campaigns in social, print and electronic media. The registration for this festival will start from 10 November 2018 and the event will be held on April 2019, Akola (Maharashtra ) With an aim to become an internationally-recognized festival that provides a space for film makers to believe in their content without worrying about the commercial exploits, the Cotton City International Film Festival remains committed to its mission to discover and develop independent artists and audiences across the globe. Through its programs, the festival seeks to discover, support, and inspire independent film makers from Vidharbha and everywhere in India as well around the globe, and to introduce audiences to their new work.

If any category does not receive a minimum of THREE Films will not be considered for evaluation of Awards. However, the maker of such a categorized film will be honored with a Special Stand Alone Certificate.

To be eligible for inclusion, Entry form should be completely filled in with all the applicable information. For added publicity and to promote your films on the web, with media and in the Festival program, you can send a press-kit of the film which includes film stills and director’s photograph on a separate CD / DVD as well as its hard copy.
Participants can send as many entries as he/she likes. However, please submit a separate submission form for each film.
To be considered for selection in the Opening Film category, the films should not have been presented in any Indian Festival or released on video / telecast / internet. Preference will be given to world premieres for films of high quality value and that carries a good message.
Selection of Films for the CCIFF will be announced on or after March 4th, 2019. However, the festival committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any film without assigning any reason whatsoever.
The festival will not interact with anyone except the submitter and/ or the producer of the film. If any person - be it the actor, writer, director or anyone from the production crew tries to forcibly extract information about the status of the film from the festival authorities, the festival will have absolute rights to DISQUALIFY THE FILM from competition and/ or screening which you may kindly note. At the same time, the festival may take the decision to ban the production house completely from sending entries to the future editions of the festival.
Open to filmmakers worldwide, all genres and lengths depending on the categories mentioned
Filmmakers can submit more than one entry to the festival in any category.
All films that are not in English must have English language subtitles
Each entry must be a separate submission which includes form and payment for each submission.
To apply for special categories including Best Film / Best Director / Best Experimental film and the like, Filmmakers have to submit in the main category and only then you will be eligible for the special categories.
 Any entry that comes only in the Special categories will not be eligible unless you have sent your entry in the main category - Shorts / Features / Documentary
The Festival reserves the right to determine eligibility of any work submitted.
Entry fees are payable through Film Freeway payment systems and are non-refundable.
The decision of the Festival committee will be final and binding
