National Festival of Short Films "Clemente de la Cerda", aims to encourage the production and dissemination of audiovisual work by individuals or groups whose work represents a vision that reflects the everyday realities of social, political, economic, cultural and artistic their community, as well as stimulate awareness and reflection among young people and promote dialogue and audiovisual narrative among new generations of filmmakers.

Estatuilla y Certificación

The applicant must submit the following materials to effect the registration of his work at the festival:
1. Application form fully completed and signed

2. One (02) DVD with the final version of the film (no zone)

3. A (01) Poster tabloid printed work (Required)

4. A (01) DVD data with the following information:
- Short film in digital format (.mov, .avi, H264, mpg)
- Listing fully completed enrollment in Microsoft Word format
- Two (2) photographs of the director at least 300 DPI
- Three (3) Still photo of various scenes from the movie 300 DPI
- Poster artwork digital format at 300 DPI (Required)

5. A photocopy of the identity card of the director (DNI).

6. Synopsis of the work of one page in length.

7. Proof of study of the educational unit, university (student category / university only - it is not mandatory).

8. Proof of the UPAC and / or audiovisual production Collective (categories only UPAC / Collective).

9. For non-competitive international sample, you can download the form and send the material by mail to: festivalclementedelacerda@gmail.com and audiovisual works can be sent by digital download platforms as FESTHOME, Dropbox, ETC

The registration, documentation and materials required in the bases, can be delivered personally or sent by parcel post, in a sealed envelope duly identified, with tariffs sent canceled (not charging destination) before 30 June 2016 (closing date of receipt), directly to:
