IOFF 2015is an online international film festival at its first edition. The festival’s main purpose is to create a context where films can compete with each other and receive the vote of the people, with no need of live screening.

All winners will receive laurels and certificates

Best Short Film
Best Documentary Film
Best Feature Film
Best Animation Film
Best Web Series
Best Music Video
Best Trailer

1. To submit your film to the Festival, you must first upload your film or trailer to either Vimeo.com or YouTube.com.
2. Only online Submission will accepted through festival Platforms (FilmFreeway, Festhome, Click for Festival)
3. After a film has been selected and the filmmaker is notified, the film will be listed on the festival web site under official selections until festival not over. Irrespective of whether it wins any awards or not.
4. By submitting to the Festival you confirm that you own the rights of the film and you agree to allow your project to be shown by the IOFF –Indie. Online Film Festival. Your name and information about your project may be used for promotion.
5. Filmmakers competing in festivals that require they not to show their films online, they can submit their films into the trailer/teaser category. Judges will award the best films through private screenings.
6. Any film in any format, online, offline without Vimeo.com or YouTube.com. will be consider as private screening. Password protected entries also consider in same category
7. All selected films will remain on our website for as long as the festival is in existence. Please note that you can request to delete or update your link every time you need.
8. Submissions in languages other than English must be subtitled in English.
9. Multiple entries are allowed. You can submit more than one film to the same category or different Category.
10. We accept all kind of film.
11. The film production could be from any year.
12. The festival has the right to disqualify or remove any winning film for any reasons, without having to explain the reasons to the submitter.
13. Each entry will be accompanied by non-refundable fees.
14. Entrance fee is non-refundable. Entries will not be processed without entry fee payment
15. The Festival reserves the right to make any necessary changes in regulations or scheduling.
16. Separate charges for Postage & Courier for Trophies / Mementos / Certificate etc. (Internationally- USD$ 50 each)
17. The festival authorities will have the right to retain film copies of each film and the material send as part of our festival library & can be screened in for Education, promotion, awareness & non commercial purposes.
18. The decision of jury members will be final and accepted by all.
19. The Festival is open to everyone. If you’re under 18, you will need to include a parent’s name and contact info



GENERAL AGREEMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN IOFF 2015
I have read and accept the Rule’s and regulations of IOFF 2015. I authorize IOFF 2015 to screen my film online to compete for the award for Best Short Film, Best Documentary, Best Feature Film, Best Animation Film , Best Web Series, Best Music Video, Best Trailer / Teaser and Best Director. I certify that I hold necessary rights for the presentation of this film in IOFF 2015 and that all rights and permissions have been made. This film is not subject to any litigation nor is threatened by any litigation. By accepting these conditions, I transfer to IOFF 2015 the right to use excerpts of the submitted film, its stills, and trailers, for the purposes of publicity and marketing of the film at the various social networks and on the website of the festival , and for other non-commercial purposes related to the promotion of the festival. I hereby agree to indemnify IOFF 2015, in the event that such rights have not been properly transferred.
