Miradas Medellín - Film and Audiovisual Arts Festival is organized by Secretaría de Cultura Ciudadana of Medellín (Colombia). Its main objective is to bring Colombian and Latin American film production and other audiovisual expressions to the city's audiences, offering diverse exhibition, training and meeting experiences. It is also committed to promote and generate dynamics around the appreciation, dissemination and distribution that strengthen the audiovisual and film industry in the country. Through its programming, the festival seeks to be a point of convergence of multiple views on reality and contemporary and innovative formats that work with the moving image, focusing on the perspective of filmmakers from Colombia and Latin American countries.
For the Selection of Colombian Films, a jury of professionals from the Colombian and international audiovisual sector will award Best Feature Film and Best Short Film, and those attending the screenings of the selected films will vote for the Audience's Favorite.
1. Miradas Medellín - Film and Audiovisual Arts Festival will be held from November 22 to 26, 2023 in the city of Medellín, Colombia.

- COLOMBIAN MUSIC VIDEOS SHOWCASE
- SELECTION OF COLOMBIAN UNIVERSITY SHORT FILMS
4. Requirements for registration:
a. Those interested must complete the registration of their works through the Festhome platform between March 31 and May 31, 2023. Late registrations or registrations by other means will not be accepted. They must fill out all the necessary information for registration and upload the copy of their films according to the parameters of the platform.
b. To participate in the Selection of Colombian Films, short and feature films may have been premiered in Medellín and Colombia, but productions that are publicly available on the Internet will not be accepted. Priority will be given to works that have not been exhibited in Medellín to participate in the Latin American Showcase. There are no premiere conditions for music videos entered in the Colombian Music Videos Showcase.
c. The same producer, director or production/distribution company may enter more than one (1) film, as long as they comply with the requirements.
d. The films entered that are not spoken in Spanish must have Spanish subtitles.
e. Registration through Festhome implies full acceptance of the general terms of participation available at
