The FREE Neighborhood and the Education Commission of the Assembly Leganés 15M organize Cinélibre short sample, with the aim of spreading the audiovisual works of artists who express themselves in the shorter format of film language and modest.
The objectives of the short sample are Cinélibre dissemination, outreach and screening of films from directors / as expressed from the short film format, as well as knowledge of them by the public.
To participate in the Exhibition you must meet the following requirements:
1. A Sample of short films will be presented Cinélibre any person, regardless of age, you want to expose a film itself.
Two. The Show will be held in La Libre de Barrio, Street Villaverde April, the municipality of Leganés (Madrid) on days 2, 16 and June 30, 2013.
Three. The duration of each film can not be less than 90 seconds and no more than 45 minutes, including credits.
April. The short will be sent in an envelope, on DVD, a format that will be used for screening, accompanied by the technical (production, production year ...), artistic tab (filmmaker / a, interpreters, writer ...) the short and an overview of it. They should also send a promotional or film poster and a photo of the filmmaker / a digital format.
May. Each participant may submit as many short you want. Each film must be shipped separately, together with the corresponding data sheets and photographs.
June. A committee appointed by the organizers will be responsible for selecting, among all received short films, to be screened titles.
July. The works that are not must be subtitled in Castilian.
August. The works can be submitted for selection in the sample, with a deadline of May 31, 2013 including the postmark, to the following address:

9. Sample not return the material received and works both selected and non-selected file will remain as part of the event documentation.
10. Sample The organization reserves the right to dispense with those works deemed not meet the rules, do not present a minimum of technical quality or narrative or exceed the time set for the duration of the projections. The organization will contact the director / a (or short-producer) with those televisions or online channels who want to promote the shows with images of their work.
