Only for Spanish Filmmakers.
The Emerging Spanish Film Festival, dedicated primarily to new filmmakers, supports independent cinema to foster alternative auteur cinema, contributing to the development of filmmaking. Among its fundamental objectives is the dissemination and promotion of filmmakers from Castilla-La Mancha and Spain, but especially from the city of Albacete.

The National Official Section is intended for Spanish short films from directors or producers from anywhere in Spain.

The HCLM Short Film Section is for Spanish short films by directors or producers from the Castile-La Mancha region, specifically those born or residing in Castile-La Mancha. Applicants must provide proof of residency by attaching a copy of their National Identity Document (DNI) to the online registration form. Residents must also provide a certificate of registration. Productions filmed within Castile-La Mancha are also eligible, provided they submit filming permits for locations within the region.

The HAB Section (Official Competition) is for short fiction films by directors or producers from Albacete, specifically those born or residing in Albacete. They must provide proof of residency by attaching their National Identity Document (DNI) to the online registration. Residents must also provide a certificate of registration. Productions filmed in the Albacete province are also eligible, provided they attach the filming permits for locations within the province.
