1. participants must be students of the ITESM, either Monterrey or other campus.
2 projects of the 1st of August of 2013 will be accepted to date.

4. to sign the project, must be paid the registration form filled along with two copies of the work on DVD in an envelope manila size letter at the offices of the career of LIC.
