2019 UNCIPAR
41st. ARGENTINE AND INTERNATIONAL FILM AND VIDEO FESTIVAL ORGANIZED BY UNCIPAR INDEPENDENT CINEMA
PINAMAR August 17, 18 and 19, 2019

Art.1.Short films of up to 30 minutes, titles included, produced from 2017 that have not been registered in previous editions of the festival. The subject and the genre are free.

Art. 2. There will be two sections, the National Competitive Section for Argentine filmmakers and the International Competitive Section for foreign filmmakers. In order to determine the origin of the short film in competition, the nationality of the director will be taken as valid.

Art.3 The short film must be submitted in digital file format from APRIL 15, 2019 UNTIL JUNE 30, 2019, where a form also will have to be completed, showing: Short film title, Duration, Synopsis, Technical sheet, Director´s name, Nationality, Age, Address, Telephone and E-mail.

Art.4. Not Spanish-spoken short films, must be subtitled into Spanish or English. Please, send the short film in digital file format to platform https://festhome.com. This registration platform is FREE for Argentine short films.

Art.5.Material selected for the National Competitive Section will be submitted to a jury composed of a minimum of 5 (five) members linked to the audiovisual work, who will evaluate the short films during the public screenings in the tourist city of Pinamar, Argentina and will choose a short film program composed of a 1st prize, a 2nd prize and three mentions. This "Argentine Program" may be submitted by UNCIPAR at likeminded national and international festivals.
The International Competitive Section will be submitted to a jury of 3 (three) people linked to the audiovisual work that will evaluate the short films during the public screenings in the tourist city of Pinamaar, and will choose a 1st prize and a 2nd prize.

Art.6.Prizes

Second Prize: Diploma of UNCIPAR and Plaque Pinamar Municipality.

International Competitive Section
First Prize: Traditional trophy of UNCIPAR and Plaque of the Municipality of Pinamar ,Second Prize: Diploma of UNCIPAR and Plaque of the Municipality of Pinamar

The jury's decision shall be final.

Art.7 UNCIPAR will be able to copy the material of the National Competitive Section to be part of its video / film library. Uncipar will be able to make travelling exhibitions with the pre-selected material, this being always non-profitable and always informing the director previously.

Any aspect not considered in this regulation will be solved only by UNCIPAR.
