Eurasia Kinofest it's is a big film festival. Last year, 90 films from 25 countries were shown as part of the festival, and 400 guests from 30 countries came to the festival.
This year we are planning an even larger scale.

Each competition is judged by its own professional jury.
There are 6 prizes in the feature-length competition.
4 prizes in short film competition
There are 4 prizes in the documentary competition.
There are three competitions within the festival.
We accept applications for 3 competitions.
Russian premieres are important to us (the film should not be shown in Russia).
In case of selection, the festival pays for the trip of the film crew member (airfare, accommodation in a 4-star hotel on the seashore, accreditation (plus business events), meals).

REGULATIONS
OF THE "EURASIA-KINOFEST" INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL OF EURASIAN COUNTRIES
Sochi, June 13–19, 2026
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1. The Autonomous Non-Profit Organization for the Promotion of International Cooperation "Eurasia" organizes and conducts the "Eurasia-Kinofest" International Film Festival (hereinafter referred to as the Film Festival).
The "Eurasia-Kinofest" International Film Festival is an association of film industry spheres and communities from various countries. Its goal is to awaken audience interest in the history of their country, traditional, and cultural values; to identify and provide professional support to talented filmmakers whose work conveys spirituality and aesthetic novelty; and to promote the best cinematic works addressed to a wide audience in foreign countries.
The goal of the Film Festival: To increase interest in cultural and traditional values among residents of different countries; to provide cultural and moral enlightenment and education for youth; to preserve and develop the cultural potential of nations; to expand international cultural cooperation; to create an environment for the full development of innovative activities in the field of culture; to establish creative links between countries; and to provide opportunities for discussing and implementing joint projects.
FESTIVAL ORGANIZATION
Article 2. The Festival is organized and conducted by ANO "Eurasia" and the Film Festival Directorate, headed by the President of the Film Festival.
EXPERT COUNCIL
Article 3. An Expert Council, consisting of representatives from the business community and film masters, has been established to resolve organizational issues.
FESTIVAL PROGRAM
Article 4. The festival program includes:
Competitive screenings;
Non-competitive screenings;
Retrospective screenings;
Creative meetings with actors and directors from different countries;
Business program;
Educational program;
Workshops;
Creative laboratories;
Masterclasses;
Round tables;
Evening programs.
COMPETITION PROGRAM
The competition program of the "Eurasia-Kinofest" International Film Festival of Eurasian Countries consists of:
Full-length feature films;
Short feature films;
Documentary films;
Videos.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
Training and masterclasses across educational programs:
Directing;
Cinematography;
Producing;
Acting: stage speech, stage movement, etc.
ROUND TABLES
Round tables featuring famous actors and directors on the following topics:
"Development of Cinema and the Film Industry in Eurasian Countries. Synergy of Business and Art";
"Current Problems of Film Distribution in the Post-Soviet Space and Ways to Solve Them in an Era of Change";
"Cinema as an Indicator of Society";
"The Search for a Positive Hero in Today's Cinema";
"Online Cinemas: Where to Start the Path to Platforms."
ADDITIONAL PROGRAM
Films corresponding to the festival's theme may participate in other festival programs (special screenings, non-competitive, and retrospective programs).
Films produced in various countries and shot no later than 24 months before the start of the Film Festival are eligible for the competition program.
Copies of films intended to submit for the competition program must be received by the selection committee for viewing by May 1, 2026. Films may have participated in other festival programs prior to this festival. DVD, DCP, and HDD copies are accepted.
Participants must also provide the Film Festival Directorate with:
Materials and information about the film for the catalog, website, and social media, including photography;
Dialogue lists in the original language of the film;
An English subtitle file with timecodes (if the original language of the film is not English);
A Russian subtitle file with timecodes (if the original language is not Russian), if available;
Teasers;
A downloadable link for viewing the film.
Viewing materials must be identical to the DCP copy, though watermarks or other visual protections are permitted for preview purposes. Films are accepted only from authors or their authorized representatives who possess written permission from the author.
Videos, sounds, texts, and music used in the film must not violate copyright law. Copyright infringement is sufficient grounds for disqualifying a film from the festival.
The Film Festival Directorate has the right to non-commercial screenings of the award-winning films after the festival concludes, with the consent of the film owners.
Article 5. The final decision on including a film in a specific program is made by the selection committee, headed by the Program Director. The committee completes its work by May 15, 2026. The program and screening schedule are determined by the Festival Directorate based on various circumstances.
Article 6. Shipping and insurance costs for transporting films to the festival are borne by the film owner. Shipping and insurance costs during the festival and for returning films to their owners are paid by the Directorate.
JURY
Article 7. To evaluate the competition films, a jury is created consisting of professional filmmakers and audience members.
GUESTS
Article 8. Decisions regarding the invitation of guests and the duration of their stay are made by the President and the Film Festival Directorate. The Organizer covers the stay expenses for the creators of films included in the competition (the list and number of participants are discussed individually). The conditions for the stay of official guests are specified in their personal invitations.

FESTIVAL EVENTS
Article 10. During the Film Festival, it is possible to organize concert programs, theatrical productions, exhibitions of paintings, decorative and applied arts, and other events promoting all forms of creativity.
FINAL PROVISION
Article 11. Participation in the Film Festival implies unconditional compliance with all points of these regulations without exception.
