The theme of the submitted short films is “Childhood, Youth, and Old Age. Beginnings and Endings.”

Therefore, short films must address topics related to childhood, youth, and old age—that is, the first and last stages of life.

The festival is open to filmmakers from all around the world. Any short film with a maximum duration of 10 minutes and completed after January 1st 2010 is eligible for submission.

Short films whose original language is not Catalan or Spanish must include subtitles in either Catalan or Spanish.

SUBMISSION: Entry is free of charge through the platform www.festhome.com

The submission period will open on December 12th, 2025 and close on January 26th, 2026.

Therefore, short films must address topics related to childhood, youth, and old age—that is, the first and last stages of life.

Short films of any type or genre (fiction, documentary, animation, experimental, etc.) are accepted, except those containing violent or sexual content.

Selected short films will receive official notification by email during April/May 2026.

The selected works will be publicly screened during the festival, following a previously established schedule. Screenings will take place at the Social Center of Pobleta de Bellveí, in the municipality of La Torre de Capdella.

Screening copies must be sent online via a downloadable link from Vimeo or Drive, or through platforms such as Filemail, WeTransfer, MyAirBridge, etc.

The festival organization may edit and use printed materials from the selected works (for the creation of the festival program, poster, etc.). Likewise, it may use short audiovisual excerpts from the works (image, sound, or both) for promotional purposes in the media and on its social networks (including promotional videos for the festival).

During the festival, the organization reserves the right to screen the selected films in as many public sessions as deemed appropriate. Production companies will grant the festival free public screening rights for their films during the event.

The organization reserves the right to partially or fully modify these regulations at any time. All disputes will be resolved by the festival organizers.
