BEST SHORT SHORT 2025 - OFFICIAL SECTION - Trophy and €100.

BEST SHORT SHORT OF ALICANTE 2025 - ALICANTE FANTASTIKA SECTION - Trophy

BEST ANIMATION SHORT 2025 - ANIMATION SECTION - Trophy

MOST TREMENDOUS SHORT - SECTION E SOS TREMENDOUS SHORTS - Trophy

BEST FAKE TRAILER 2025 - FAKE TRAILERS SECTION - Trophy

* All submitted works will also be eligible for the "Gore Short" Award.

* The Official Section and Alicante Fantastika will also be eligible for the following prizes:

Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Editing, Best OST, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Photography, Best Visual FX, Best Makeup FX.

SHORT FILM COMPETITION

1- They will be able to participate in all short films produced between November 18, 2024 and November 15, 2025.

2- Each director or producer may submit as many works as they want and the admitted genre will be Horror, gore, fantasy, violence.

3- The duration of the shorts may not exceed 30 minutes.

4-Among the short films presented, 10 finalists will be selected who will compete for the AWARD FOR THE BEST SHORT SHORT 2025, from the OFFICIAL SECTION. In addition, they will be eligible for the following special mentions: Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Editing, Best OST, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Photography, Best Visual FX, Best Makeup FX and Short Plus Gore. The Best Short Film will also receive a cash prize of €100.

5- In addition, other shorts may be selected for parallel sections such as "Those tremendous shorts."

FAKE TRAILERS CONTEST

1- All fake trailers produced between November 22, 2024 and November 15, 2025 may participate.

2- Each director or producer may submit as many works as they want and the admitted genre will be Horror, gore, fantasy, violence.

3- The duration of the fake trailer may not exceed 3 minutes.

4- Among the fake trailers presented, 5 finalists will be selected who will compete for the AWARD FOR THE BEST FAKE TRAILER 2024.

5- The prize will be composed of a representative Trophy.

6- The organization will reserve the right to use some images of the fake trailer for promotion.

7- Trailers may not belong to any short or film in development. They must be original and made for the occasion.

BADTASTE AWARDS
The short films selected in the official section may enter as finalists in the "BadTaste Awards", the bad taste awards for fantasy and horror cinema.
