Colombian Urban Art Film Festival (CUAFF) is an independent film festival based in Bogotá, Colombia. We spotlight bold, raw, and vibrant cinematic works that capture the spirit of the streets — exploring urban art, hip hop, identity, resistance, and the pulse of unsanctioned expression.

We are especially drawn to stories that emerge from the underground — train yards, rooftops, and city walls — where creativity exists outside the lines. Our mission is to amplify the voices of filmmakers who see the street as a living canvas and cinema as a tool for disruption and truth. We welcome short films, documentaries, experimental pieces, and hybrid formats that break boundaries and provoke thought.

Règlement

These guidelines are subject to the official regulations of the Colombian Urban Art Film Festival (CUAFF). Please read this document carefully to understand the purpose of each section and the essential requirements to be eligible for the official selection.

The Colombian Urban Art Film Festival is an independent event accredited by the Cinemateca de Bogotá, dedicated to promoting, disseminating, and showcasing films that emerge from urban aesthetics, street art, and narratives that explore the city as a living territory of expression, conflict, and resistance.

I. SUBMISSION PROTOCOL
To submit a film to the Colombian Urban Art Film Festival (CUAFF) and facilitate its review by the curatorial committee, the following steps must be followed:

Submit the short film through the official platform designated by the festival: Festhome.com.

Complete all fields of the submission form with truthful and up-to-date information.

Upload the screener (either a viewing link or file) in the required quality.

All films must include Spanish subtitles, regardless of the original language.

Festhome holds accountable fees festivals by holding the payment of the fees of most newer festivals until they have viewed the submissions, held their festivals and other methods.
