Eurodesk's fundamental mission is to raise awareness among young people about mobility opportunities and encourage them to become active citizens.
Short films must be a maximum of 15 minutes long.
They must be in Spanish or subtitled in Spanish.
There is no cash prize; a Eurodesk León - León City Council Youth Department award will be given for the best short film.
