>Registration process
Registration is free. In order to participate in ÀNIMA JOVE it is necessary to register through the FESTHOME platform.
>Copyright
The festival undertakes to use the registered films exclusively for their selection and the materials of the selected films exclusively for screening during the festival and/or its satellite programs.
ÀNIMA JOVE expands its animation film diffusion activity beyond the festival dates, organising screenings in various places. These satellite programs include the films selected in any edition of the festival and depend on the requests that promoters and cultural entities interested in organising the festival make. The organisation will always inform applicants of the inclusion of their film in these programs, as well as dates and screening sites.
The author, producer, or distributor who registers the film declares to be the owner, has acquired or made legitimate use of all the contents of the audiovisual and its copyright.
The festival is not responsible for any complaint resulting from a copyright claim for the public exhibition of films that contain protected material.
Applicants authorise the projection of their film, both in the festival and in satellite programs.
>Selection
The management of ÀNIMA JOVE will make the selection according to the criteria it deems appropriate. The organisation will make those selected public on its website on December 15, 2024.
Before that date, ÀNIMA JOVE will contact those selected, since the selected films must be sent in the optimal projection format before November 15, 2024.
>Diffusion
The images provided may be used to illustrate the different dissemination and communication materials of ÀNIMA JOVE and the satellite programs (handheld program, magazine, catalogue, press, website, and other media). The organisation undertakes to use the different dissemination materials only for the promotion of the film, respecting the conditions indicated in these bases.
>Sending and returning copies
Once the festival is over, the films shown will not be returned. The copies sent for registration, both those selected and those not selected, will not be returned either and will become part of the ÀNIMA JOVE database and video library, and may not be shown in public without the express authorization of the author.
Damage
The festival is not responsible for any damage caused to the copies for reasons beyond the control of the organisation.
