After the good acceptance obtained in the XII previous editions of the festival of short films 4' SHORT ... and to continue with the idea and intention and opportunity to accommodate the different areas of artistic expression, Alcorac 1,968 Cultural Association invites all those who wish to participate in " THE XII INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM FESTIVAL SHORT 4' ... "

Regulations of the International Festival "4'en Corto ...":

ARTICLE 1.
all those people who want it, regardless of age and place of residence may participate.

ARTICLE 2.
The deadline for submission of the various works starts on January 1, 2024 at 22:00 and end on 31 May 2024 at 22:00.

ARTICLE 3.
The film will have to last 4 minutes, with credits included, being totally free theme. The delivery format will be in a .mov or .mp4 file compression H264 - 720p 48kHz / weighing not more than 200 megabytes

ARTICLE 4.
a short film will only be accepted per person. The works will be sent together with the registration information and a promotional poster short jpg file (at least 300 dpi) to the following address:

ARTICLE 5.
The works submitted will be included in the Festival "4'en short ..." which will be shown in the month of August in Grana Canaria Island.

ARTICLE 6.
After the good acceptance obtained in the nine editions of the festival of short films 4'SHORT ... and to continue with the idea and intention and opportunity to accommodate the different areas of artistic expression, we reserve the use made with each of the works presented.

ARTICLE 7.
The organization reserves the right to resolve any situation not contemplated in the Rules.

ARTICLE 8.
The Alcorac 1968 Cultural Association is not responsible for the content of the entries and reserves the right not to accept those works whose contents are contrary to law.

ARTICLE 9.

ARTICLE 10.
All short film that does not meet the standards set out above will automatically go to the unofficial section.

ARTICLE 11.
Projections are made at different locations of the municipality, or the island of Gran Canaria if requested, likewise will be disseminated through the pages in social networks Alcorac 1968 Cultural Association.

ARTICLE 12.
Participation in the Festival implies acceptance of these Rules and waive any claim, rejecting all those works that fail to comply.
