LusOFest, the festival of Portuguese-language film in Offenbach am Main, will take place for the first time in January 2025 under the motto "Once upon a time the revolution". However, the entries in the short film competition do not have to deal with this topic.

A jury prize and an audience prize will be awarded. Possible prize money has not yet been finalised and will be announced soon.

- The submitted film should ideally be less than 20 minutes long (slightly higher length might be accepted)

- It should have a linguistic (dialogues, subtitles) or production-related (location, production, plot) connection to a Portuguese-speaking country or alternatively to the city or district of Offenbach.
