The 11th RESISTENCIA FILM FEST, is an international film festival, not competitive, created to disseminate films that promote the rescue of historical memory, the fight for freedom and the defense of human rights.

The exhibits of the participating films in the eleventh version of the festival will be given in 3 modalities: in the Centro Cultural Tomé, in the TV program, "Películas de bolsillo" and in a traveling museum.

11° RESISTENCIA FILM FEST 2023

1. The 11th RESISTENCIA FILM FEST International Film Festival, RFF23, invites all national and international filmmakers to participate, with films that promote the rescue of historical memory, the fight for freedom and the defense of Human Rights .

2. They will be able to compete for their selection, films in the genre of fiction, documentary and experimental; short, medium and feature films.

3. All films must be spoken, or be subtitled, in Spanish.

4. The participating works compete for the Honorary Public Award, consisting of the trophy, "El Joven Combatiente", awarded in person, at the Tomé Cultural Center.

5. The RFF23 will take place in 3 ways: at the Tomé Cultural Center, on the TV program, "Películas de bolsillo" and in a traveling exhibition.

Face-to-face version: October 11, 12, 13 and 14, 2023, at the Tomé Cultural Center.

"Películas de bolsillo", from March to December 2023. Television version for long and short films: the selected participants must transfer the rights to display their films to be broadcast by the festival program, "Películas de bolsillo", on Channel 9 Bío Bio Television.

6. All the activities of the festival, from its registration to the exhibition of the films, are free of charge.

7. You can apply to RFF23 in two ways:
1 – Via FESTHOME.
2 - Via email: Movie file, Full HD and Codec. H264 mp4. Attaching: poster, 2 photos of the film and one of the director, plus Technical Sheet, to the email: rmahnke@gmail.com

8. A Selection Jury will determine the definitive list of the films participating in the RFF23.

9. Last day of Registration: March 1, 2023.

10. The selected films will be notified to their filmmakers by Festhome and by email.

11. The mere Registration of the works implies the acceptance of the Bases of the RFF23.
