B!tchFest Film Festival & Screenplay Contest
The Ventana Madrid 2025 call is open from July 4 to August 21, 2025 for audiovisual production companies based in the Madrid Region. Eligible applicants are either established companies with at least two works in the past five years or emerging companies with less than five years of activity.
Projects in development are welcome (feature films, series, documentaries, or other narrative formats) with international potential, seeking co‑production or funding. Applicants must submit a PDF dossier (up to 5 GB) and optional audiovisual materials through the online form on the official website.

The 3rd Call for the WomanInFan Fantastic Residency – Sitges FanLab 2025 is open to female filmmakers residing in Europe who are developing a fantasy fiction feature film. The residency will take place during the Sitges Film Festival (October 9–19, 2025) and includes accommodation, meals, travel, full access to Industry events, mentoring, and specialized training. Applicants must submit a project in development along with a script, video pitch, project dossier, motivation letter, CV, and either a previous fantasy short film or a professional reel. The standard submission deadline is May 31 (€50), with an extended deadline until June 30 (€60). WomanInFan Residency - SITGES
Sitges FanPitch 2025 is an international pitching competition for feature films and series in horror, science fiction, and fantasy genres. The call is open from March 10 to June 30, 2025, with a registration fee of €50 until May 31 and €60 until June 30. Projects must submit a script, English dossier, a maximum 3-minute videopitch, poster, and signed commitment documents. Special consideration is given to projects in Catalan.
