To support and encourage the participation of filmmakers in the International Queer+ Film Festival (FIRQ+), each of the 28 selected films will receive a travel grant of R$ 400.00. This grant is designed to assist with travel and accommodation expenses, facilitating the participation and presence of their representatives at the festival’s screening and awards ceremony.
It is important to note that while the travel grant is intended to assist with participation expenses, it is not mandatory for a representative of the film to attend the screening ceremony. However, attendance is encouraged and valued as it provides an excellent opportunity to interact with other participants, share experiences, and celebrate the work created.

Only films produced from 2020 onwards will be accepted.
