The Gáldar International Film Festival (FIC Gáldar) is one of the most important film festivals in the Canary Islands, and has concentrated in each of its editions the very best of national and international cinema. Organized by the City Council of Gáldar through its Council of Culture since 2013, this festival proposes a live event with important health measures to ensure complete safety and confort.

Our event as of today will be hosted on the original intended dates. We are closely following the rules and regulations set by the government of Spain and, since our hope is that cinemas are allowed to full capacity before our event, we are also open to open our venues in a limited capacity if that was mandatory. Mogilev State Enterprise "Kinovideoprokat" welcomes you and informs that in September 2026 in the city of Mogilev, Republic of Belarus, the XXVIII International Festival of Animated Films "Animaevka-2026" will be held.

Over the years, the festival has become a celebration of animation for children and adults. Events are held in all regional centers of Belarus.

For viewing, film screenings of competitive and non-competitive programs, creative meetings with the creators of animated films, master classes, exhibitions of children's fine and decorative and applied arts are organized.

The 17th edition of the Puente Genil Film and Short Film Festival, CortogeniAl, will be held in Puente Genil, Córdoba (Spain), from October 9 to 17, 2026.

REQUIREMENTS:

− Short films must have been produced in 2025 or 2026.

− The duration must not exceed 30 minutes.

− Productions not filmed in Spanish must be subtitled in Spanish.

− The authors will own the rights to their works and are responsible for all copyrights present in the short film.
