It is in this context that FIDBA is proposed as the 1st. International Film Festival dedicated to this genre which films with the same fans - as long as we believe that the forms and the doings of the documentary film are different from those of the fiction - may meet and dialogue among them and with the public. The Ayerbe Film Festival Association launches this second stage of the "Villa de Ayerbe International Short Film Festival".

Since the 19th edition, with new members in the organization, we want to give a great boost to the festival. In addition to the international competition, we have created a new section dedicated to Science and Research to give greater visibility to the event and from this edition onwards, the awards are now called "CAJAL Awards".

We want to continue with the idea of ​​collaboration with neighboring towns.

BOSIFEST is the International Festival Of Documentary Film for and by persons with disabilities, the only one of this kind in the Southeast Europe, which will be organized this year for the seventeenth time in Serbia by the Hendi Center Koloseum. As in past sixteen years, this year on the big screen a great number of films will be screening both in competitive and non-competitive part. So far visitors of the BOSIFEST had an opportunity to watch 950 films that had life of the people with disabilities as their subject or were created by the disabled authors.
In addition to film screenings, BOSIFEST offers additional programs in the form of workshops, panel discussions and roundtables.
