We are the premium film festival in the city of Kitakyushu, a city like no other in Japan with a longstanding tradition of appreciation for the arts. We aim to bring the finest of the world's film to a city of 1,000,000 people. We are a three day festival by filmmakers for filmmakers at the city's finest venue surrounded by mountains and the sea. We will screen feature films and short films of all genres. With awards being distributed on the final day.

We are filmmakers ourselves, so we will consider any film submitted.
