Le festival du film sur l’environnement de Conakry (Guinee Conakry), première initiative du genre dans notre pays, se veut une rencontre de cinéastes guinéens, africains et internationaux pour constituer un front protecteur de l’environnement. Ce champ de rencontre permettra de confronter tous les deux ans les différentes approches des techniques cinématographiques appliquées à l’environnement. Il contribuera aussi et surtout à réaliser une analyse plus conséquente du phénomène de destruction de l’environnement reposant sur des approches aussi variées que celles des différents continents.
Champ fécond du donner et du recevoir, il aidera les cinéastes à découvrir et à collaborer plus étroitement sur un sujet aussi sensible que l’avenir de la planète.
Il Lucca Film Festival, organizzato dalla Associazione Vi(s)ta Nova, nasce dalla volontà di proporre un nuovo approccio al cinema fatto di sguardi sempre nuovi che vedono tutto ogni volta come per la prima volta,promuovendo una cultura cinematografica dalla pluralità di sguardi, stili, prospettive: una cultura che non sia soltanto semplice visione tradizionale di un tessuto narrativo, ma esperienza sensoriale ed intellettuale. Affrontando gli apparenti contrasti tra cinema d’essai, sperimentale e mainstream nella più ampia categoria dell’opera d’arte, il Festival ha già ospitato molti registi, critici, attori e artisti internazionali, creando un momento di incontro e di scambio che si è sempre rivelato molto utile, interessante e a tratti unico.
Visione portata avanti attraverso due concorsi internazionali:
- Concorso Internazionale di Cortometraggi, arrivato alla 18° edizione, con un premio in palio di 500€.
- Concorso internazionali di Lungometraggi, alla sua 8° edizione. Per il quale verranno selezionati 12 film in anteprima nazionale, con un premio in palio di 3000€. Il vincitore verrà deciso da una giuria internazionale che nelle passate edizioni ha ospitato prestigiosi personalità del mondo del cinema come Cristi Puiu, Rutger Hauer, Philip Groening e Claudio Giovannesi.
– LFF for Future, che nasce grazie alla collaborazione con il Gruppo Sofidel, 2° produttore in Europa e 7° nel mondo per capacità produttiva nel settore della carta per uso igienico e domestico (noto in particolare per il marchio Regina), che ha fatto della sostenibilità una leva strategica di sviluppo e di crescita responsabile per ridurre il proprio impatto sul capitale naturale e favorire la transizione verso un’economia a basso impatto di carbonio. Con un premio in palio di 1000€.

1. OBIETTIVI
Gli obiettivi del Festival di Malaga sono diffondere e promuovere i film spagnoli e la loro sfera culturale generale. In questo senso, il Festival è anche una piattaforma per le produzioni cinematografiche latinoamericane. Le sue funzioni includono l'organizzazione di un evento per i diversi settori professionali dei film in spagnolo (intesi come film prodotti in Spagna e in tutta l'America Latina, incluso il Brasile) per promuoverne lo sviluppo e promuovere le vendite internazionali.
Il Festival de Málaga è riconosciuto dalla Federazione internazionale delle associazioni di produttori cinematografici (FIAPF) (www.fiapf.org).
In conformità con questi obiettivi, la 29a edizione del Festival de Málaga si terrà dal 6 al 15 marzo 2026.
ASSERTING WOMEN'S RIGHTS è un progetto nato dal Festival di Malaga, in collaborazione con la documentarista Mabel Lozano e il Dipartimento per le pari opportunità del Comune di Malaga, come strumento di protesta e difesa. Questa sezione è stata creata con l'obiettivo di esplorare e affrontare questioni che aumentano la consapevolezza sociale sui diritti delle donne ogni anno.
Lanciata nel 2008, questa sezione del Festival di Malaga è giunta alla sua 19a edizione. Il progetto ha un duplice scopo: far luce sulle ingiustizie che le donne continuano a subire nel XXI secolo semplicemente perché sono donne e promuovere e sostenere film creati da donne.
Attraverso Asserting Women's Rights, abbiamo attirato l'attenzione sulle sfide che le donne devono affrontare in diverse parti del mondo. Ancora oggi, ci sono molti luoghi in cui donne e ragazze devono lottare ogni giorno per la loro sopravvivenza. In queste regioni, le pratiche tradizionali e le norme culturali spesso ostacolano il loro sviluppo personale e sociale, impedendo loro di raggiungere l'uguaglianza con i loro colleghi maschi.
It is a festival to promote an intercultural dialogue for a deeper understanding of others by presenting their creative works to the audience and to encourage filmmakers of documentary and short films.

The Seventh International Festival Les Saisons Parisiennes is organized by Les Saisons Parisiennes Films, Paris.
Festival will take place in the space of the St.Petersburg Film House. All the films will necessarily leave in Grand Tour 2018-2019.
The Les Saisons Parisiennes International Festival will offer a short fiction program in the following categories:
French films from France and other countries
Non-French films from other countries
The general theme: Paris and the cities of the world
The theme of the Festival: Comedy only (romantic, black, dramatic, etc.)
Competing for the Awards: Best Short Film and Best Feature

This opposition and the preservation of the free cultural space is the goal of the International Festival Signes de Nuit, which has realized screenings and interventions in 29 different countries including Algeria, Australia, Chile, Cuba, Lebanon, Lithuania, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Peru, Russia, Tunisia, Turkey and the United States beside the screenings in main festival in Paris.
L'International Short Film Festival di Cali, con l'apertura del suo bando, sarà uno spazio per l'esposizione di cortometraggi professionali e universitari della città di Cali e del mondo per fungere da punto di incontro tra i nuovi registi e i professionisti del cortometraggio.
Il XVII Festival Internazionale del Cortometraggio di Cali si svolgerà dal 23 al 27 settembre 2025, nella città di Santiago de Cali, in Colombia.

Daazo - the European Shortfilm Centre proudly presents the 4th edition of the Friss Hús International Shortfilm Festival, which will take place at the end of March 2016 in Budapest, Hungary. The success of the last three years made it possible for Friss Hús to become one of the most important shortfilm events in Hungary.
The long term plan of the organisers of Friss Hús is to make sure that the event becomes an internationally acclaimed festival where the audience can watch entertaining and colourful short film selections and where the filmmakers can meet important professionals from the film industry as well as attend special workshops.

Since2008, the MAACASSO association organizes each year, an international art film festival called NYGO for “Nos Yeux Grands Ouverts” (which means Our Eyes Wide Open) . The festival creates a competition between young artists. Our aim is to promote and highlight the new talents of the contemporary audiovisual creation. For the 10th edition, on March the 1st, our association is looking for young artists with an art film project that will be submitted to the judgement of the NYGO jury.
This year, we invite all the candidates to work on the theme “Resonance”. This theme can be treated in a sonor, visual or conceptual way because it can be understood as a reflect, or an impact with consequences. The resonance is a link between two elements, an impact of one to another, an answer from one to another. The artist must express a resonance in its film, but its goal can also be the achievement of its own resonance into the public’s appreciation, to create a link between the artwork’s meaning and the spectator’s feeling.
We want the art films to be a mean for the artists to spread their ideas, visions, concerns and feelings as a shock wave on the public, and a canal to interconnect individuals.
Criteria to respect:
Person aged 18 to 30 years old.
Respect the theme imposed in his creative process.
One project per applicant but several artists possible on the realization.
The film must be between 1 minutes 30 seconds and 8 minutes, including the credits.
