The Festivalico is a videoart and short film non competitive showcase.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:

Any individual or legal entity, regardless of nationality, may participate.

Short films must have a maximum duration of twenty minutes.

Submitted works must have been produced after January 1, 2023.

If the spoken language is not Spanish, the film must include subtitles.

All themes are accepted, divided into the following sections: fiction, documentary, animation, and video art.

CALL FOR ENTRIES – SHORT FILM AND VIDEO ART SHOWCASE (NON-PROFIT)
Caravaca de la Cruz, Region of Murcia, Spain

Any individual or legal entity, regardless of nationality, may participate.

Individuals must be at least 18 years old at the time of submission.

There is no limit to the number of short films each artist can submit.

Short films must have a maximum duration of twenty minutes.

Submitted works must have been produced after January 1, 2023.

If the film’s language is not Spanish, it must include Spanish subtitles.

The video format for screening must be “AVI.”

Accepted resolutions for screening will be specified by the organization.

All themes are accepted and categorized into sections: fiction, documentary, adult and children’s animation, and video art.

Works submitted individually by email, either as an attached file or download link, must meet the correct screening format (as outlined above). If a download link is sent, it must remain active beyond November 2025.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Entries will be accepted until AUGUST 31, 2025.

SELECTED WORKS

Selected works will be screened ON THE BIG SCREEN at venues in Caravaca de la Cruz (Murcia, Spain) during October and November 2025, as part of the 14th edition, and will be featured on our website and other media platforms.

A special mention will be awarded by the organization to the best short film in each category.
