In 2003, the non-profit created the International Strange and Unusual Fantasy Short Film Festival, Court Métrange.

The event offers a creative harbor for authors wherein to expose and endorse their ideas. With an irrefutable penchant for a different form of filmmaking, these motion picture partisans fascinate countless audiences, the latter of whom paradoxically struggle to reap the same attention.

The purpose of the Court Métrange Festival is, ultimately, threefold, boasting: a place to screen, a place to scream, letting its "cult" shorts thrive, and a place whose limitless resources endeavor to not only emphasize the credentials of those having fought to make Fantasy film what it is today, but also attribute to them what is rightfully theirs. The “Uhvati film” (Seize the Film) Festival takes place in Novi Sad (Serbia), Rijeka (Croatia) and Kotor (Montenegro).

Through a thematically and artistically distinctive film selection, the festival aims to promote the potential of persons with disabilities, raise public awareness about the challenges they face (with special attention to multiply marginalized groups), and contribute to the advancement of disability rights.

Films selected for the Novi Sad program will enter consideration for screenings in Rijeka and Kotor, as well as for post-production programs (in all countries).

The festival organizers (KAO Parnas – Serbia, Spirit Association – Croatia, NGO Art 365 – Montenegro) will personally contact the authors of the selected films.

Chulpicine began its work in 2002 with the first ever Itinerant Children & Youth Film Festival in Quito. The warm welcome that the project received allowed the festival to become an annual event during the months of July to September, bringing an educational and entertaining event at no cost, to sectors with few cultural activities.

Thanks to the positive reaction, Chulpicine became a cultural and educational non-profit foundation in June 2004. After more than 10 years of experience, Chulpicine have reach a stable proposal and working methodology that has spread at national level. BOSIFEST is the International Festival Of Documentary Film for and by persons with disabilities, the only one of this kind in the Southeast Europe, which will be organized this year for the seventeenth time in Serbia by the Hendi Center Koloseum. As in past sixteen years, this year on the big screen a great number of films will be screening both in competitive and non-competitive part. So far visitors of the BOSIFEST had an opportunity to watch 950 films that had life of the people with disabilities as their subject or were created by the disabled authors.
In addition to film screenings, BOSIFEST offers additional programs in the form of workshops, panel discussions and roundtables.
