5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE AWARD-WINNING AUDIOVISUALS
The production companies must send the Festival copies of the award-winning audiovisuals or high-quality screening passes. It would be appreciated if they include the reference of the award received (logo/laurels).
6. REQUIREMENTS OF THE SELECTED AUDIOVISUALS
Once the selection of an audiovisual has been made and communicated by the Festival and its participation has also been confirmed by the director, producer or production/distribution company that registered it, it cannot be withdrawn.
The award ceremony will be held in the town of Cnia. Santa Teresa. We hope to have the presence of the filmmakers, but the Organization will not finance travel. It will provide lodging and lunch for the duration of the Festival.
7. PROGRAMMING, ONLINE PLATFORM «PAMPADOCPLAY» AND EXHIBITION RIGHTS
During the celebration of the contest, the organization reserves the right to exhibit the selected audiovisuals in —at least one— public session. In this regard, the producers grant the rights for public exhibition during the time of the Festival at no cost to the Festival and are exempt from paying screening fees.
The organization reserves the right to incorporate a copy of the winning audiovisuals into the Festival archive for cultural, non-profit uses.
Likewise, the documentaries in the Official Selection will be included for viewing —under a ‘private’ modality— through the digital platform «PampaDocPlay», from Angular (the Festival’s organizing platform), during the period of one month, within the framework of the «PampaDocFest Month» and under the modality of Payment of Passes (whose funds will be allocated to the costs of carrying out the Festival) and being exempt from the payment of fees. Once the month has ended, the producer or director of the film may decide to remain on the PampaDocPlay platform with the on-demand payment modality. This will be resolved later and directly between the parties involved.
8. VERSIONS & SUBTITLES
All screening copies of the audiovisuals selected in the different sections of the Festival will be presented in their original version, and those whose original language is not Spanish must include subtitles in this language.
9. SUBMISSIONS & SCREENING FORMATS
The distributor and/or representative company that has submitted the selected film will be responsable to deliver its piece in a timely manner, in addition to certifying the proper functioning of the copy (audio/video synchronization, color, etc.) that will be received in digital format.
Any film that is not submitted before the assigned deadline will be eliminated.
The Festival reserves the right to not accept copies that, after the necessary technical checks, are not suitable for screening, provide a technical report to the film's representatives and requesting a new copy. The festival will not accept copies submitted in physical form.
10. CATALOGUE AND DOCUMENTATION
The documentation and materials requested by the festival for the official catalogue, programming guide and website (synopsis, biofilmography, artistic and technical information, photographs of the director and the film, trailers and other audiovisual materials) will be taken from the online registration form for selected audiovisuals that must be completed before the dates indicated in point 2.
If additional material is required, it will be requested by the Festival to be delivered on specified dates.
11. PRESS AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
The Festival Press Department will contact the director, producer and/or the production and/or distribution companies of the selected audiovisuals, if required, to supervise and coordinate the materials included in the selection form, and to which the accredited media and press will have access.
The production and/or distribution companies of the selected feature films, short films and documentaries authorize, by accepting their participation, the use of one or several brief fragments of their title for dissemination as information material in any media and social networks.
