CINELEBU aims to provide Chilean and international audiovisual creators with a platform for the promotion, commercialization, and distribution of fiction, documentary, and animated short films. The festival promotes audiovisual production of high technical and artistic quality, while facilitating and creating spaces for networking, business opportunities, support, and exchange for current and future works. It also strengthens training, education, and audience development.

The festival will take place from May 22 to 30, 2026, in the Biobío Region, Chile, with main venues in Lebu (capital of the Province of Arauco) and Concepción. The festival will also feature virtual screening venues at both national and international levels.

The Spi Stories Short Film Festival reaches its fourteenth edition. The competition, created by the publisher LiberEtà and the CGIL Pensioners Union, has chosen the title "Chissà se fuori..." ("I wonder if out there...") for this edition. You can participate to the competition by creating a video with a maximum length of eleven minutes, released in 2025. The Spi Stories Short Film Festival reaches its fourteenth edition. Lesfest features four competitions:

Feature Film Competition: Productions from any country worldwide with a running time of over 60 minutes are eligible. These films must have been produced after January 1, 2024.

Short Film Competition: Films from any country worldwide with a maximum running time of 30 minutes are eligible. These films must have been produced after January 1, 2024.

Series Competition: Series from any country worldwide with a minimum running time of 1 minute and a maximum of 40 minutes in various production formats are eligible. The episodes must have been produced after January 1, 2024.
