Animation - BAM
Simbiosis Inmersiva Lab is an in‑person lab taking place in Valdivia from October 10–13, 2025, within the 32nd Valdivia International Film Festival. It brings together audiovisual creators and scientists to develop immersive projects (VR, AR, MR) that merge science and art, promoting science outreach through new technologies.
Chilean citizens or residents with experience in film, science, or tech can apply. Projects may be early‑stage or in development, with no restriction on genre or narrative, as long as they include scientific content and a clear XR immersive approach.
The program covers local transport, meals, and lodging. Attendance is mandatory. Guidance is provided by renowned mentors.
Applications open until August 14, 2025. Results announced in early September.

La convocatoria BAM Talents – Stories (Guiones) 2026, organizada por el Bogotá Audiovisual Market, está dirigida a guionistas colombianos interesados en desarrollar historias de ficción para largometrajes o series. Las postulaciones abren el 13 de noviembre de 2025 y cierran el 8 de enero de 2026.
Los proyectos seleccionados participarán en un programa integral de fortalecimiento creativo y empresarial que incluye reuniones de acercamiento y diagnóstico entre el 31 de marzo y el 9 de abril de 2026, seguido por la Ruta de Fortalecimiento Empresarial y Creativo del 20 de abril al 5 de junio de 2026. La experiencia culmina durante el Bogotá Audiovisual Market, del 6 al 10 de julio de 2026, donde los guionistas tendrán la oportunidad de presentar sus historias a la industria.
La convocatoria acepta únicamente participantes nacionales y se enfoca en proyectos de ficción. Los formatos admitidos son largometrajes de ficción y series. EICTV and Televisión Serrana announce the Multiplatform Documentary Creation and Production Residency from October 5 to November 25, 2024. This 7-week residency takes place in Cuba, combining training at EICTV and community work in Sierra Maestra. It targets audiovisual creators interested in creative documentaries, community narratives, and ethical production. The program offers theoretical and practical training, mentored by Rodrigo Vázquez Salessi and the Televisión Serrana team. Participants will produce microdocumentaries and learn to film in conflict zones. Spanish proficiency, audiovisual experience, own equipment, and Cuban health insurance are required.
