The Orriols Intergenerational International Short Film Festival (FICOI) invites national and international audiovisual creators to submit their works focusing on the themes of aging, old age, and/or intergenerational dialogue.
In this context, the Festival aims to promote the use of cinema as a tool to build intergenerational bridges, strengthening bonds and mutual understanding between different generations through the creation of new narratives on active aging, and dismantling social stereotypes stems from ageism or the process of growing older.
