The Gáldar International Film Festival (FIC Gáldar) is one of the most important film festivals in the Canary Islands, and has concentrated in each of its editions the very best of national and international cinema. Organized by the City Council of Gáldar through its Council of Culture since 2013, this festival proposes a live event with important health measures to ensure complete safety and confort.

Our event as of today will be hosted on the original intended dates. We are closely following the rules and regulations set by the government of Spain and, since our hope is that cinemas are allowed to full capacity before our event, we are also open to open our venues in a limited capacity if that was mandatory. The festival has an international character and all authors with films in compliance with other propositions can participate. Films selected for competition will be judged in two categories:

1. FILM RECIPE - a sort of documentary that should display complete image and/or text instructions for preparation of culinary creations (meals, drinks or deserts), including information about required ingredients and sequence of work. Based on those, after watching film one should be able to prepare the recipe.

2. OPEN CATEGORY - a film that should thematize or depict content related to food and/or drink.

Duration of individual films submitted is limited to 15 minutes.

Ulsan Ulju Mountain Film Festival(UMFF) is the first international mountain film festival in South Korea, dedicated to presenting and promoting films & culture dealing with mountains, adventure, exploration, nature, and the environment. The festival also provides an opportunity for filmmakers and mountaineers to meet and exchange ideas through seminars, events, screenings, and social gatherings.

The 11th UMFF will be held in Ulsan & Ulju, South Korea in autumn, 2026.

Mogilev State Enterprise "Kinovideoprokat" welcomes you and informs that in September 2026 in the city of Mogilev, Republic of Belarus, the XXVIII International Festival of Animated Films "Animaevka-2026" will be held.

Over the years, the festival has become a celebration of animation for children and adults. Events are held in all regional centers of Belarus.
