Ziel des Festivals ist es, die Produktion und Verbreitung von audiovisuellen Medien als Ausdrucks- und Kommunikationsmittel zu fördern.
Dieser freie künstlerische/kulturelle Raum wurde 2002 geboren. Seit seinen Anfängen hat das Festival Beziehungen zu Schulen, sozialen, Nachbarschafts-, Menschenrechts- und Kunstorganisationen, Jugendaktivitätszentren und Organisationen indigener Völker aufgebaut und versucht, den Bedürfnissen und Anforderungen des Mediums sowohl in Bezug auf Themen als auch Genres gerecht zu werden. Founded in 2000, The Valley Film Festival (VFF) is a non-profit project of Community Partners ® and is the first and longest continually running film festival in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley, headquartered in the NoHo Arts District.
Now in its 20th year, VFF supports local and international voices that advance storytelling, while furthering the education, production, and exhibition of film. The second Côte d'Azur Sport Film Festival will take place from September 26 to 28 of september 2017, three days of projection, debate and seminar to communicate the Olympic values and spread the importance of sports practice.

The RCCF uses online Red Carpet Premieres to promote, market and screen your film for one to two weeks, just as if it was a live premiere screening but with the chance for a large, potentially huge, audience base. We use social media to promote, market and sell tickets for your online premiere. YOU retain ALL rights to your film. Films chosen to be screened at a Red Carpet Premiere are publicized for two weeks before the online premiere is launched. Filmmakers can earn 15 to 20% of the box office for a successful online screening.

Experimental Forum is an international performance, film and video art festival showcasing experimental film and artists’ moving image from new directors and innovative video artists from around the globe, with the third edition taking place in Los Angeles in November 2018. Our aim is to provide a supportive platform for the exciting and challenging work that is outside the scope of mainstream film festivals and art galleries.
We welcome experimental cinema pieces (abstract, narrative or documentary), video art works, essay films, artists’ moving image and media art, as well as documentary and narrative films that seek to expand, redefine or reconfigure the means and ends of their respective fields. Experimental Forum exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists’ moving image work and is committed to engaging local audiences with new and/or unheard voices in film.
We are particularly interested in works made by early stage filmmakers and artists whose work is underrepresented. We provide a collaborative platform for moving image works made for the gallery and for the cinema with the aim of building a community across disciplinary and institutional faultlines.

② Vorführung von Golden Kapok
Dies ist die nicht wettbewerbsorientierte Vorführabteilung, die darauf abzielt, der Öffentlichkeit eine Vielzahl von Dokumentarfilmen zu präsentieren und dem Publikum die neuesten Filme mit brillanten Fähigkeiten zum Erzählen von Geschichten, authentischen Ausdrücken oder experimentellen Erzählungen zu zeigen.

GZDOC rekrutiert laufende Projekte für und auf dem Weltmarkt.
Bei der 21. Ausgabe werden chinesische und internationale Käufer, Rundfunkveranstalter und wichtige Akteure der Branche als Entscheidungsträger eingeladen, um den Vorverkauf, die Koproduktion und die Auftragsvergabe von Dokumentarfilmen voranzutreiben.
④ GZDOC DOCSHOP
Der DOCSHOP ist ein ganzjähriger Marktplatz für Filmemacher, Verleiher, Käufer und Auftraggeber usw. Er bietet drei Arten von Formen der Zusammenarbeit im Bereich Urheberrecht:
1) Screening-System auf Abruf
Der DOCSHOP wird am GZDOC-Veranstaltungsort einen Screening-Bereich einrichten. Die Teilnehmer werden sich die bei DOCSHOP eingereichten Filme über das On-Demand-Screening-System ansehen. Anschließend werden Screening-Berichte erstellt, in denen die Kaufinteressen der Zuschauer aufgezeichnet werden. Die Mitarbeiter des GZDOC werden diese Anfragen nach dem Festival bearbeiten.

18. CINETORO EXPERIMENTALFILMFESTIVAL

Klang als Bewegung kann die zeitliche Dimension eines Bildes offenbaren — ob still oder bewegt. Anstatt Bilder nur semantisch zu unterstützen, kann Klang als ihre strukturelle Achse dienen. Wir suchen nach Filmen, die die vielfältigen Beziehungen zwischen Bild und Ton untersuchen oder Ton als plastisches Material behandeln. Sei es durch einen konzeptionellen Ansatz, bei dem Sound den Film strukturiert; oder bei dem die Stimme nicht nur wegen des Gesagten, sondern auch wegen ihrer Eigenschaften Gewicht hat: die Stimme als plastisches Material, als Offenbarung und Nachhall; oder wo Musik, anstatt das Bild einfach zu begleiten, zu einem strukturellen Bestandteil des Films selbst wird. Filme, die durch Ton Gestalt annehmen.
Wir wollen in die Tiefen des Klangs eintauchen, damit wir mit geschlossenen Augen sehen und hören können, während wir schwimmen und eintauchen. Denn aus theoretischer oder kuratorischer Sicht wurde in diesen Gewässern wenig erforscht

Wir leben in einer Welt der Einkaufszentren und Kinomultiplexe. Wir sehen, dass Indie-Kino und Kunst, die nichts mit Waren zu tun hat, an die Peripherie der öffentlichen Aufmerksamkeit geraten. Primitive Attraktionen ersetzen die Kinematographie. Das Fluchtpublikum ist hinter der großen Leinwand entfremdet. Das moderne Mainstream-Kino ist also Teil eines Manipulationsinstruments, das zu einer Gesellschaft der Entfremdung führt. Daher besteht die Tendenz, dass das Indie-Kino für ein breites Publikum immer unlesbarer wird. Wir sollten den Kontext des Filmemachers verstehen, um das unabhängige Kino zu verstehen. Im Durchschnitt werden mehrere tausend Filme für ein Filmfestival eingereicht. So können verschiedene gute Filme aus irgendeinem Grund vernachlässigt werden. Oft ist die Auswahl der Wahrscheinlichkeit wie ein Lottogewinn. Infolgedessen erhalten Filmemacher kein Feedback. Es ist paradox, dass dich im Zeitalter des Internets niemand hören kann! Die Mainstream-Kultur bevorzugt Attraktionen und ungezwungenes Beobachten.
Diese Idee basiert auch auf dem Problem der Filmauswahl. Vielleicht ist es keine Überraschung, dass eine Person, also bestenfalls der Programmdirektor, oder sogar Studenten von Filmhochschulen eine vorläufige Entscheidung treffen, einen Film auszuwählen. Die Übereinstimmung von Richtern oder Vorschauern ist eher selten als die Verschiedenheit der Herkunft und des Geschmacks. Die Auswahl oder Beurteilung kann also einseitig oder oberflächlich sein. Das ist nicht schlecht, da der Programmdirektor natürlich einen guten Geschmack und ein ästhetisches Feingefühl hat. Aber wir haben ein anderes Konzept von „ungefiltertem Kino“ entdeckt. Wir haben es mit den „Besten der Besten“ verglichen. Dieser Weg hilft, die filmische Sprache ohne das Diktat der Kunstkuratoren wahrzunehmen.
FEIER DES INDIE-KINOS
Das Unfiltered Cinema Film Festival versucht also, den Weg des „Besten vom Besten“ zu vermeiden, ignoriert ihn aber natürlich nicht völlig. Das Festival wählt die Bereiche Fiktion, Animation, Dokumentation, Experiment und virtuelle Realität aus. Eine Jury prämiert den besten Film in jeder Sektion. Das Festival veranstaltet Vorführungen in Kinos, im Nationalen Zentrum für zeitgenössische Kunst und in Kunsträumen.
Unser Ziel ist es, Menschen in der Kunst zusammenzubringen, einen Dialog zu führen, um mit intelligenter Kommunikation glücklich zu sein. Kino ist Kunst, aber kein Sport. Der Kernpunkt unseres Projekts ist die Kommunikation zwischen dem Filmemacher und dem Publikum.
