UFO – das bedeutet einen Abend vollgepackt mit 15 verschiedenen Kurzfilmen unterschiedlichster Genres, Themen und Darstellungsformen.
Kurz, aber ausgefeilt inszeniert; symbolisch und aussagestark; fokussiert und immer wieder überraschend.
Der Kurzfilm stellt innerhalb der Filmgattungen ein eindrucksvolles Format dar, wird es doch so facettenreich bespielt, passioniert betrieben und konstant rezipiert.
Seine Macher*innen stellt der Kurzfilm dabei vor technische und künstlerische Herausforderungen – das Format fordert durch seine Kürze die Handwerkskunst heraus und bietet gleichzeitig eine Spielwiese, sich filmisch auszuprobieren und kreativ selbst zu verwirklichen.
Seit seiner Gründung 2005 bietet das UFO-Kurzfilmfestival Filmemacher*innen aus Deutschland und Europa – und dabei insbesondere dem Nachwuchs – eine Plattform, ihre Werke erstmalig in Leipzig zu präsentieren.
Veranstaltet im Januar, eröffnet es stets aufs Neue das Jahr der Leipziger Filmkunst.
MISSION & ZIEL
F3: Offly Film Fest ist ein Festival, das die Vielfalt des Films umfasst und Filme, die nicht in die typische Form des Filmfestivals passen, ein Schaufenster gibt. Wir versuchen, den Experimentellen, den Fanfilmen, den 48-Stunden-Filmprojekten, den Studentenfilmen, den Filmen, die vielleicht nicht so ein Happy End haben, den Filmen, die das Publikum zum Denken und Fühlen herausfordern.
ÜBER DAS FESTIVAL
Gegründet im Jahr 2004 von Frank Zoe Productions als ein einmaliges Festival, das ihr Youth Summer Movie Program fördern soll, hat F3: Offly Film Fest während des Festivals 2005 27 Filme gezeigt. Im Jahr 2016 hat sich Zoe Productions entschieden, F3 in Verbindung mit dem zehnten Jahrestag von Un-Con wiederzubeleben, einer unkonventionellen Konvention, bei der alle Genres von Fandom willkommen und akzeptiert werden. Entsprechend dem Thema „Alle Genres sind willkommen“ der Un-Con ist F3 ein All-Genre-Festival.
Das 2016 F3: Offly Film Fest erhielt 685 Einreichungen aus 39 verschiedenen Ländern. Von diesen 685 Filmen wurden 50 ausgewählt, um während des Wochenendfestivals zu sehen. Es gab Auszeichnungen für „Best Short“, „Best Feature“, „Best Student Film“ und „Best of Fest“.
Für das Festival 2017 wurde F3 ein Kurzfilmfestival. Das Festival erhielt 499 Einreichungen aus 41 verschiedenen Ländern. Auszeichnungen wurden für „Best Student Short“, „Best Non-Student Short“, „Best of Fest“, „Judges Choice“ und „The Steve Turner Award“ vergeben.
Für das Festival 2018 wurden 401 Beiträge aus 40 Ländern eingegangen. 40 Filme wurden auf unserem Festival gezeigt.
Um allen Filmemachern gerecht zu sein, wird keine Gebührenausbefreiung gewährt.
Main aims of the festival are to introduce Georgian public with new works of high artistic value made in Georgia proper and worldwide, inform it about new trends in the world cinema and support development of Georgian cinema industry.
Meetings of professionals in cinema community, workshops, master classes, retrospectives and other industrial events organized within the festival's frameworks give motivation to young cinematographers and encourage them to develop talent and artistic vision.
We strive to turn the festival into a gathering place for filmmakers, producers, sales agents and distributors in South Caucasus. The festival has gained more significance throughout its history on worldwide scale. Number of the filmmakers willing to participate in the festival in any way is increasing year after year.

Wir suchen nach Filmen und Drehbüchern mit einem LGBT-Thema, um Teil des New Renaissance Film Festival zu sein, das im kommenden März (2018) in Amsterdam stattfinden wird.
Die NEUE
RENISATION Das geräumige Kino LAB111 wird wieder die Heimat des New Renaissance Film Festival (NRFF) für seine vierte Auflage am 2., 3. und 4. März 2020 sein.
Dieses freundliche Arthouse-Festival, das in London ansässig ist und „Eines der besten Filmfestivals Großbritanniens“ genannt wurde (London METRO, O1.08.16, hat Filme uraufgeführt und gezeigt, die einen Oscar gewonnen haben (http://newrenaissancefilmfest.com/nrff-interviews-oscar-2018-winners-the-silent-child), oder erhielt eine große Distributionsgeschäft.
Trotz seiner geringen Größe gibt es jedes Jahr viele Juwelen unter den vielen Kurz- und Spielfilmen, und viele Filmemacher und Schauspieler sind traditionell präsent und es findet eine Menge Networking statt.
Film ist ein einzigartiges Medium, und NRFF Mission ist es, inspirierende, unabhängige Künstler und Geschichtenerzähler zu unterstützen und zu fördern. Dazu gehören experimentelle Arbeiten, emotionales Drama, SF-Filme und eine spannende Vielfalt an LGBT+ Shorts und Features. SODOC ( Solo Documentary Film Festival ) is documentary film festival. Sodoc dedicated to showcasing the spirit, passion and skills of independent filmmakers in the world to the audience in Solo, Central Java. The festival is to be held in the city of Solo ( Surakarta ), Central Java Indonesia, in October 2016. We only accept documentary film. We have screening regular every month. Das Cambodia International Film Festival (12. Ausgabe im Jahr 2023) ist die bedeutendste und branchenorientierteste Filmveranstaltung im Königreich Kambodscha und Südostasien. Jedes Jahr zeigt die Veranstaltung prominente Bilder und empfängt Gäste aus Kambodscha und dem Ausland.

The 2015 edition featured two World Premieres, and fourteen Massachusetts Premieres. The vast majority of projects are independent films, including student films, animation and puppetry, documentary, and live-action narrative. Officially selected films in 2015 had directors who were as young as 22, and as old as 68. Selected films represented countries from around the world, including Japan, France, Denmark, Germany, Iran, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Russia, Italy, China, and the USA. We consider all works regardless of genre and country of origin.
We are currently accepting film submissions for the 2016 Festival!
Who we are: The Cape Cod International Film Festival is a volunteer-driven, not-for-profit organization that hosts an annual event showcasing the best local, regional, national (USA) and International films for residents of the "mid-Cape,", as well as traveling tourists, visitors from around the world, and film industry professionals. We strive to strike a balance between the film-making world and a general audience who is in need of an engaging cultural event. Our attendees tend to be well-traveled, educated, influential and supportive.
The objectives of the CCIFF are to:
1. Select and promote the absolute best films in any given year produced by a diverse and global pool of filmmaking teams.
2. Provide educational opportunities and entertainment for audience members who appreciate the effort that goes into making a quality film.
3. Provide networking opportunities for members of the film community.
4. Provide filmmakers an opportunity to interact with their audience via Q&A sessions at screenings (live and online), social events and sponsorship events.
5. Give filmmakers and production teams a chance to travel to a highly-regarded tourist destination known throughout the world for its food, beaches and "New England hospitality."
In the works for 2016 is an opening night gala on Thursday, October 6th, at the best film theater on Cape Cod: The Chatham Orpheum. The Orpheum is an all-digital cinema with a 150-seat main room and 35-seat screening room. Select short films will be showcased again in Orleans, Cape Cod at the Main Street Wine and Gourmet film loft.
We also strive to help filmmakers find a "home" for their work, and have evolving relationships with sales agencies, distributors and broadcasters. Our current slate of contacts includes: PBS, ESPN, TBS, A24, Screen Media Ventures, Shoreline Entertainment, and The Rainbow Group - with new relationships being established all the time...
We consider ourselves a boutique event, with 318 submissions in 2015. Larger festivals with a similar approach include the Hamptons International Film Festival (HIFF), Palm Springs International Film Festival (PSFilmFest), and Mill Valley Film Festival (MVFF). We aim to serve and champion high-quality work that is not industry-centric. We leave that to Cannes, Berlin, Toronto (TIFF), SXSW and Sundance. The CCIFF aspires to be one of the world's best film festivals worth the entry fee!

The Georgia Latino Film Festival is a 501(c)3 non-profit under the direction of Latinos in Information Sciences and Technology Association Inc. (LISTA). Latinos in Information Sciences and Technology Association Inc. (LISTA) is a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit providing institutions, organizations, events and corporations with technology and cultural enrichment services. These services include presentations, workshops, lectures, film festivals and more.
The Georgia Latino Film Festival operate in Atlanta Ga and Norcross Ga. Located just minutes from Stone Mountain. Norcross is a small town known for it’s arts centers, restaurants and easy access to area attractions, trails, restaurants, shopping and scenic byways.
The Georgia Film and TV Office, a component of the Georgia’s Department of Economic Development, the Atlanta Mayor's office on Film and Entertainment and the Georgia Production Partnership are annual supporters of the event and is sponsor of the festival and it’s activities.

Cine Sinú Audiovisual Festival is an event developed to promote and disseminate the National Audiovisual Production and Local . Emerges as a collective concern of search spaces for the dissemination of works and generate the interaction between artists and the community at large , in order to strengthen the audiovisual culture in the Department of Cordoba, Colombia .
Women in Focus emerged in 2009 with the aim of encouraging the promotion and protection of women's rights through film, through the dissemination of films that allow give visibility to the violation of their rights and encourage debate. In this way he sought to create an open standard for men and women around the world space where open dialogue between genres and promote the active participation of the whole society to defend the full exercise of human rights, with a focus on the situation women in the world. They worked on a broad call, unlimited sex, age or origin, and with the conviction that change is possible only from the inclusion of attention.
The axis of Women in Focus is on the woman and her history of violations, to disseminate and denounce the naturalization of the unjust conditions they are facing, and give visibility to the diversity of social, cultural experiences and forms of organization, aiming thinking about other possible worlds.
